This is a really nice motel. Grounds very clean, flowers are beautiful. Room much much bigger then I thought. Separate bedroom kitchenette living room area. We'll definitely stay here again.And actually, looking into staying for a month to get out of that Arizona heat. Close to attractions like the zoo.

I was able to rest well; the bed was comfortable and there were quiet hours posted which guests adhered to. The ladies at the front desk were kind and helpful. The room was clean and the grounds were beautiful.

Clean room. Loud boisterous neighbors. Very strange interaction with front desk on arrival. Young and unable to add an additional and charge for it even though rooms were available. Her incompetence did not impact me, but likely resulted in loss of money for hotel.

This place feels and looks like is a renovated Motel 6. Their online ratings are deceiving. The walls are very thin and normal phone conversations can be heard clearly through adjacent walls and people walking in the room above you. The basic cable had many stations temporarily unavailable. This was not worth the price for the night. I am going to stick with Holiday Inn Express moving forward whose rooms, breakfasts, and accommodation are far superior for not that much more price wise.

Clean rooms, great helpful availabe staff, nice breakfast room, free parking, pool available, laundry available. Not too far from destinations Zoo and Ocean 20 minute ride. Restuarants available close as located by the college. Walked to sushi restuarant and visited twice good food and value. Thank you, enjoyed the trip and visiting the area.
