Drive up into a spacious private parking spot and easily check in with keyless entry and walk into our open space, with full kitchen and living area. We are located in mission beach with a 180 degree view of mission bay. Located short walk to a local amusement park, Belmont park, and a short drive away from world famous Seaworld. The location is close to local restaurants and attractions, very short walking distance to the beach and local coffee shops.

We had an amazing time at this townhouse. Fantastic location for families. The owner was very prompt answering my questions which was much appreciated. Absolutely loved how well stocked the townhouse was , comfortable beds ,pillows & the welcome gift.was the icing on the cake!! Highly recommend staying here

Family beach trip

My family comes to mission beach yearly and stay mainly on the bay side. Due to the family friendly atmosphere. The condo was great. Wonderful views plenty of space. It had a well stocked kitchen and plenty of beach toys. We will definitely be staying in this rental again

Excellent experience!

The condo was perfect for 6 of us: 2 grandparents, son and daughter-in-law, and 2 granddaughters. It was immaculate, thoughtfully and tastefully furnished, and in our case, already decorated for the holidays! The kitchen had everything we needed. Altogether, an excellent experience.

If location is everything, this beach house has it all! Waking up to the gorgeous view of Mission Bay was perfection, and being able to stroll to restaurants, bars, and the beach in just minutes made us feel like we had the best of San Diego at our doorstep.Our hostess Judy was fabulous—super responsive and helpful with every question. She clearly cares about her guests and goes above and beyond to make sure the stay is enjoyable.The only funny hiccup? Let’s just say a house full of enthusiastic wine lovers goes through toilet paper at a record pace. It seems previous less-than-considerate guests made off with Judy’s extra supply, so she now has to ration it (no fault of hers, of course!). My tip: bring a backup pack of TP just in case—especially if your group enjoys “hydrating” as much as ours did.Overall, we had a fantastic stay and laughed nonstop. I would absolutely recommend this house for anyone wanting a perfect San Diego getaway—just BYOTP and enjoy the view!

What a perfect vacation! Very clean, excellent location to the beach and restaurants, host was very responsive, and so many little extras in the home for guests’ convenience that we would definitely come stay again!
