-This home is located in a quiet neighborhood. Our rental agreement includes a strict policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy, and no party policy.
-This home is pet friendly. Pet fees are $150 plus tax per pet with a maximum of 1 small dog.

-San Diego Vacation Rentals Cancellation Policy, Age Policy and Pet Fee Policy supersede the policies of VRBO and Airbnb.
-Your reservation will be confirmed once the Occupancy Agreement has been signed and the initial payment has been received. Photo ID and Credit Card photo verification required to complete booking.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Our cancellation policy will allow you to cancel your reservation up to 30 days prior to your arrival. There is a cancellation fee of 10% of the total payment or $300, whichever is higher. If you cancel your reservation within 30 days of your arrival, there are NO REFUNDS. If you feel that this may cause an issue with your travel itinerary and availability, please consider Travel Insurance.

This was a great house with beautiful views of the ocean. The bedrooms and bathrooms were updated and very clean and comfortable. Plenty of utensils and pans for cooking if you choose to do so. Please note that all the bedrooms and bathrooms have steps to reach them. There is not a bedroom or bathroom on the living room level. There are three different levels in the house. The patio on the middle level was a great place to relax. Beautiful views of the ocean. The house is in a great area with the boardwalk within an easy walk. The beach itself is huge and there is a great walking/bike path right outside the house. I highly recommend this house.

Very nice location right on the boardwalk/beach. From the door it's about a 10' walk to the sand. Loved that it was so close. 5 min walk to coffee shop and many restaurants. Loved the big slider door on main level, wish the deck was off the living room and not the bedroom. Furniture was a little dated but mattresses were pretty comfortable. PARKING IS TIGHT! We had a ford expedition and had about 3" of clearance on either side of vehicle and had to back it in each time. That was the most difficult part of the stay. With all 4 cars parked it was extremely hard to get out to the sidewalk because of the 8 trash cans between the back of the cars and the house. Didn't use the kitchen at all since we were there less than 48 hours. Looked basically stocked from what I could see. If you want to be ON the Beach this is a great spot for you. About a 5 min walk to the closest lifeguard stand if you want to be in the water with someone actively watching you/kids. Would stay here again. Just would like living room furniture updated a bit.

Location was wonderful. Beach view was gorgeous and the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was fully functional. I recommend bringing warm clothes because there was no thermostat for heat that we could find, though I didn't inquire about this so it's possible I just missed it. There were stains on the rugs and overall the place was not as clean as it could have been. Mold and mildew in certain places.

Great Location on the beach! Check-in was very easy. Property needs a deep clean and new furniture. Living room couch looks and feels 20 years old. Patio furniture is worn and ripped. Note that the fancy en-suite bathroom has a queen bed. The King room is in middle level and desperately needs blackout curtains due to an outdoor light that shines in.

Property in really poor condition

It was clear from the moment we arrived that there hadn’t been any maintenance done on this property whatsoever in the past several years. Anything that could be rusted (outside or even inside, like fans, speakers, etc.) had been rusted and not replaced or even painted over. Drapes and carpet (and one quilt) had horrible stains throughout. Couch had outlived its useful life by several years and the cushions no longer even resembled (or held) their original shape. Closet doors were off hinges. Beach umbrella was broken and beach closet looked like a grenade went off in it. The cherry on top was that I had reached out to the management company ahead of our stay to ask if the house had a pack n play for our infant, and they said there wasn’t one, so we purchased one to bring with us. When we arrived, behind the broken fan in the closet with the door off the hinges, there was a perfectly working pack n play. Just shows management hasn’t bothered to visit the property in ages, let alone try to properly maintain it over the yearsHands down the worst maintained property we’ve ever stayed in. View was beautiful, so that was the one positive

Paradise on the boardwalk

Amazing location and view for girls reunion. We each had our own room and bathroom. Walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Clean and had all that we needed.

Great location

The location was perfect. If you’re not comfortable with stairs, this is not the place for you. The floor of the main suite bathroom shower was incredibly slippery and it’s only a matter of time before someone falls and is injured. Also there was no shelf in the double shower to put soap, shampoo, etc.. Some of the lighting in the living room wasn’t working properly.
