âą Payment terms vary by booking channel. When processed through platforms that allow us to manage payment directly, a 10% deposit is taken at booking, with the remaining balance automatically collected after the cancellation period, as outlined in the cancellation policy. The location was perfect. Close walk to Belmont Park and the beach. The house was very clean and had all the beach toys and chairs you need for a day at the beach. Communication with the rental company was exceptional and they got back to me very efficiently.
Yes host was welcoming. Garage is difficult to enter due to angle of alleyway. A couple dust bunnies in hallway. I strongly suggest a gate at the top of the stairs. It was dangerous for my elderly father and out if the question if I had small children. Otherwise, we had a great time.
location was great with both the beach and the bay 5 mins walk away. The house itself was comfortable, clean and upgraded. We went in December and really enjoyed the fire pit outside. Host was very easy to get hold off and the communication and response was great.
Yes the host/management company were very welcoming and were very responsive....the property was as advertised....very new with all the amenities one could as for as well as being strategically located close to Mission Bay, Belmont Park and the Ocean with miles of boardwalks to walk and ride bikes. The street is very quiet in a busy neighborhood and very family friendly and the two car garage and 3 full bathrooms are a nice plus with friends and family stoppig by for visits. Highly reccommend.
Loved our stay! The property was exactly as describedâsuper clean and well-maintained. The location couldnât have been better, with easy access to the bay, beach and Belmont Park. The porch was a perfect spot to unwind after a day out. NXT management was communicative and responsive, making the whole experience smooth and enjoyable.
The property manager was excellent with communication. We had a few minor issues at check in and it was resolved quickly and efficiently. Responses were received within minutes. The property is beautiful and just as described. The patio was gated and worked well to keep our young children safe. We would definitely stay here again.
