Come and enjoy our vacation beach condo recently remodeled with all of the latest appliances, fixtures, and granite throughout; check out the modern kitchen, full bath, and additional shower. New kitchen complete with granite countertops, all stainless appliances, new bathrooms, and new flooring throughout! My wife and I purchased this lovely condo and are working hard to make it your dream come true vacation, and will do anything we can to make your stay memorable. The condo has it all; 2 full bedrooms and each has it own full bath. Enjoy your quiet morning coffee overlooking the Pacific Ocean waves from your private deck. Walk to local restaurants and shopping. The sandy beach is a just 20 steps from the condo. Laundry just down the halfway. Underground secure parking for your vehicle, Jacuzzi. Fantastic common area with an unobstructed view of the beach and historic Crystal Pier ideal for reading, enjoying a cocktail, those afternoon naps or people watching. Go for a jog or a brisk walk on the sand or boardwalk. Great get away from everyday life. You will take home many great memories of your stay at the 'See the Sea' condominiums in Pacific Beach.

Excellent location with all needed beach amenities. Host was very attentive and polite. It was busier and louder on Thursday night, but central means in the heart of things.

This rental was absolutely great! The location is awesome, it had great views and you were in walking distance to everything. The owners were wonderful, very good communication thru the whole process, and very accommodating. The rental also comes with everything needed for a beach stay, including beach toys, chairs, etc…so if you have kids this is a great place to stay. I would 100% recommend this unit if you are staying at Pacific Beach!

Location was great and walkable to everything. Owners had a booklet of information with recommendations for local eateries that was very helpful. Bed was very comfortable and the balcony was nice to watch the ocean and weekend crowd. Check out instructions were very clear, condo was very clean and laundry facilities right outside the door for easy access. Private parking was convenient and absolutely essential when staying in PB. Would definitely stay again!

A great space for my wife and 17yo exchange student. Bedrooms were comfortable and quiet. The unit was clean and well decorated and furnished, and a week equipped kitchen. The common area was clean with stunning views of sunsets. The neighborhood has great food and drink options, the boardwalk was great for strolling and people watching. Easy check in and check out procedure.

Host had great communication. Amazing view. Unit had everything we needed. I misunderstood the listing and thought the washer and dryer was in the unit, but it is not. Great location and close to great food choices. Our only issue was that this is a very busy area with a lot of noise outside. With all windows closed it is surprisingly quiet, but it gets too warm and there is no AC. We went back and forth between not sleeping well because it was too warm if we had the windows closed, or not sleeping well because it was too loud if we had the windows open. Otherwise we very much enjoyed our stay!

Great vacation spot! Close to everything you need, food, shopping, entertainment, and of course the beach!! Loved having two full baths, perfect for families and friends! Place was clean and Dale responded immediately when we had an issue with the door!

A parking spot is a huge bonus! Location is great! While it can get a bit noisy it is so convenient it is easy to overlook! The balcony with an ocean view and breeze, well, what can I say! Great place to stay and Dale is super responsive. I will be back!

Excellent SD beach location

We had a great time here and really enjoyed the proximity to the beach. Plenty of space in the unit. Excellent balcony view of the pier and ocean. Given some of the bars nearby, evenings could be a bit noisy, but an overall fantastic stay!

Perfect location! Close to beach, can see ocean from balcony! Very very very clean and lots of fans. Dale is great will answer you any time and ensures you have a wonderful time. Only thing to consider is no AC- being from the east coast this took a little to get used to!

Pacific Beach Boardwalk Condo

Location is right on the boardwalk by Crystal Pier. Easy walk to places to eat and shop. Lots of activity in the area. The owner was available by phone and quick to respond to questions. We had a good time!
