Welcome to Endless Summer 1, a charming 4br + 3ba single family house just 2 blocks to the ocean in highly sought after North Pacific Beach neighborhood. Our fun beach home features convenient 1 level (no stairs!), exclusive fully fenced backyard, a cozy fireplace, A/C, sleeps 10 (8 adults max) & is dog friendly (unfortunately no cats).

LIVING AREA
Spacious single level detached house with a fantastic open floorplan concept, ideal for visiting with your closest friends & family. The main front exterior entry is fully landscaped. Once you step into the new custom front entry door there's a view corridor where you can see all the way to the backyard. The kitchen features gorgeous white quartz stone countertops, custom cabinets, built in microwave, gas stove, and a French Door refrigerator with black stainless steel finish & dual ice maker. Rounding out the kitchen is an island overlooking the dining room, living room, and out to the backyard.

The main living area houses 2 plush sofas + 2 lounge chairs, 65" Smart TV, & oversized wood-burning fireplace (wood is not provided). There is also a dining area with seating for 8, soaring vaulted ceilings, and hardwood flooring throughout the home. From the main living area there are double glass French Doors that lead to the fantastic fully-fenced backyard. The backyard features lush landscaping and is fully equipped with a BBQ, patio table that seats 6, and a separate lounge area that seats an additional 7 guests.

The beautiful primary bedroom features a King bed & Smart TV. Off the master is a full bathroom with a shower/tub combo. Bedroom 2 has a Queen bed & Smart TV, Bedroom 3 also has a Queen bed with separate private access to backyard, Smart TV, & ensuite bathroom with a shower. Rounding out the bedrooms is Bedroom 4 with twin beds, an ensuite bathroom (tub/shower combo), & walk in closet!

Other features include side by side washer/dryer inside the home, 2 dogs allowed & beach amenities including sand toys, beach chairs, and boogie boards.

PROPERTY FEATURES
Oversized lot that comprises 2 individual houses, each with their own private yard, entry, and parking areas. The front house is noted above and has 4 bedrooms + 3 bathrooms, and the rear house is a separate listing that comprises a 2-story, 2 bedroom + 2 bath detached home. Our guests have the option to rent one unit or both units (VRBO #1029071) for a combined 6 bedroom + 5 bathroom offering that sleeps up to 16 guests.

LOCATION
"Where the locals hang!" Our home is located in a beautiful family friendly area of North Pacific Beach. Just 2 blocks to Ocean, white sandy beaches, & famous Tourmaline Surf Park.

Walking distance to shops, restaurants, and entertainment on Mission Blvd, Turquoise St, and Garnet Ave. Endless mom & pop shops and fantastic family and fine dine eats, including The French Gourmet, The Fishery, Bareback Burger, & Leilani's Hawaiian Food to name a few. A quick Uber ride or bike ride will get you to Mission Beach, featuring Belmont Park's big dipper coaster and Wavehouse flow rider. Enjoy kayaking or stand up paddle boarding, jogging/walking/biking up and down the Boardwalk that starts just a couple blocks from our house!

Other attractions include ~10min drive to Sea World, over the hill is ~15min drive to the famous San Diego Zoo, and just ~20min drive to Downtown & the Airport. This is a perfect spot to enjoy all that San Diego has to offer, contact one of our friendly staff today!

POLICIES & GOOD NEIGHBOR GUIDELINES
‱ GUEST REQUIREMENTS | Per certain regulations & HOA requirements, guests must be at least 30 years of age to book with us. If your group is all adults, then all guests must meet our minimum age of 30.
‱ OCCUPANCY | Our maximum occupancy refers to the number of people allowed in the home at any given time (ie includes both guests & visitors), some of which may be mandated by certain regulations. Exceptions towards the maximum number of people allowed may be made for children under the age of 2. Guest(s) agrees that more than the number of people stated on the reservation shall not occupy the premises. The number of guests includes visitors, even if they are not staying overnight.
‱ NOISE | Our homes are intended for relaxing getaways, not rowdy beach parties. Music and other noise is to be kept at an appropriate level and in a manner that is mindful to neighbors. Noise that can be heard 50 feet away from the home is prohibited. Parties are not allowed. If there is excessive noise or music, any illegal activity, or evidence of violation of these policies, you may be asked to vacate the premise without any refund and additional charges may be assessed.

Iideal location. When we had trouble with a coffeemaker, we were supplied with a new one in an hour or so. Our only complaint is that the laundry detergent that the company used had an extremely strong fragrance, so that the bedding and towels were a bit overwhelming. I would prefer no extra scents. All in all it was terrific and as advertised!

Family Spring Break

Our family & pup really enjoyed our stay in this PB home, everything about the house was perfect! The rooms fit all of our needs, enough bathrooms for everyone, plenty of spaces to enjoy our meals & conversations. The house was walking distance to local restaurants & of course the beach! We enjoyed our stay very much. We walked to the beach every day and also to nearby stores and restaurants. The beds were comfortable and the layout of the family room made it a nice gathering place. We had a small issue with the tv in the family room but was resolved by unplugging and plugging back in. The manager responded and was helpful.

Opal Street

Very nice property. Lots of room for family and the open kitchen/family room was enjoyed by all. Backyard was spacious and the furniture was great. Close to the beach to walk to with lots of nearby restaurants and shops. This home was comfortable and well appointed with amenities. Location, location, location

This is a lovely house, well cared for and very comfortable for our family of 5 adults. It is in a perfect location for family activities. Quiet neighborhood, walk to restaurants, beach, groceries, etc. The weather was not amenable for outdoor lounging or meals for the most part, but in better weather the backyard space would be great for those activities.

Great house in a great neighborhood

We stayed with a total of 9 people ages 11-80 and had a wonderful time! The proximity to the beach is great, shops, cafes and restaurants are close by and the house is a gem! Comfortable bedrooms, a lot of common space and a well stocked kitchen plus a beautiful back porch. Overall a great experience that we can fully recommend!!!

Our trip

We had a multigenerational family gathering for the holidays and the house was perfect. The common areas were large enough for everyone to hang out and the bedrooms and bathrooms were sizeable. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed and the location is within walking distance to beach, coffee shop, restaurants, etc. Lovely place.

We enjoyed staying at this house! The location was great; walking distance to the beach, store and cute restaurants. The patio was so inviting and relaxing, having 3 bathrooms was perfect, and the kitchen was stocked with basic items.

Great Location!

The location of this house is great - there are great restaurants and the beach within walking distance. The neighborhood feels safe and is quiet. The backyard was great - we were able to sit outside and hang out with plenty of room. The beds were comfortable, too. It's an older house, so spread out your showers in order to guarantee hot water : )

I would recommend this property

The set up of the home was perfect for our family of 5 adults and 3 children. Having access to the fenced backyard and comfortable sitting area right out the back door was especially nice and convenient. We were a 10 minute walk to the beach which was perfect and a short driving distance to everything else we did in the area including the Zoo and Petco Park.

Graduation weekend

We had a great stay with our family. The house worked well for our group. Location is perfect. Easy walk to the beach and restaurants. The only draw back is parking. You have one space. Then street parking for additional vehicles which is challenging because you are so close to everything. It’s a great house! We would definitely stay again!

Family vacation

Very nice place, comfortable beds (except the twins) very comfortable living room furniture and great kitchen. Backyard was not as big as it looked in the pictures but it was nice. Good place for our dog. Plumbing was noisy and one AC unit dripped (living room). The place was clean when we arrived except living room rug needed vacuumed and there was dog poop in the back yard. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would come again.
