Beautiful upper level beach home with views of the Bay! Located in the heart of Mission Beach, this super cute designer home is located just a short stroll to Belmont Park, shops & restaurants. Stairs lead you to the bright & sunny 1br + 1ba equipped with Cal King bed, living room sofa bed, A/C, and 1 car garage with beach gear. Maximum occupancy 4. Note: this home does not have access to the front home's patio. .

INTERIOR HIGHLIGHTS
Professionally designed home with no shared walls, located above the parking garage on the bay. 1 flight of stairs will lead you to the main front entry door into a spacious main living area that includes a SMART TV (with full cable), plush sofa, accent chairs, & windows out to the bay. Off the living room is a dining nook for 2 & updated kitchen with white quartz counters, new cabinets & appliances (no oven onsite, stove top and toaster only), stainless appliances & fully stocked for all your cooking needs.

‱ GUEST REQUIREMENTS | Per certain regulations & HOA requirements, guests must be at least 30 years of age to book with us. If your group is all adults, then all guests must meet our minimum age of 30.
‱ OCCUPANCY | Our maximum occupancy refers to the number of people allowed in the home at any given time (ie includes both guests & visitors), some of which may be mandated by certain regulations. Exceptions towards the maximum number of people allowed may be made for children under the age of 2. Guest(s) agrees that more than the number of people stated on the reservation shall not occupy the premises. The number of guests includes visitors, even if they are not staying overnight.
‱ NOISE | Our homes are intended for relaxing getaways, not rowdy beach parties. Music and other noise is to be kept at an appropriate level and in a manner that is mindful to neighbors. Noise that can be heard 50 feet away from the home is prohibited. Parties are not allowed. If there is excessive noise or music, any illegal activity, or evidence of violation of these policies, you may be asked to vacate the premise without any refund and additional charges may be assessed.

Excellent location, communication, and facilities. Bed was excellent. We did miss not having an oven but wasn’t a huge inconvenience.Only downside was noise being above garage. This was a shared garage and other party was working on car at 0400 - opening and closing garage door. Couldn’t have asked for a better location - 2 blocks from ocean and on the marina with its own sand beach. Excellent restaurants within walking distance. Mission Bay is a wonderful site for snow birds.

Kitchen had most amenities. There is only a small toaster oven so the backing we expected to do didn’t happen. If you don’t need a big oven it’s fine. Other than paint peeling on a few walls and on bathroom cabinets the place was great. The bed is especially comfortable.

Surf side, the host, were very responsive. The apartment was OK - clean but smelled very musty. We could not use the closet. The bathroom had a persistent odor that smelled faintly like the traps weren’t properly working (we kept the BR window open and the door shut. So it OK but we would not rent it again.

The listing was accurate and the place was pretty good overall. Mission Beach wasn’t quite as nice as I’d thought or seen but that’s my fault with research. The house had some small flaws- light in the garage worked first day but then stopped working. Cabinets in the bathroom are pretty dinged up and need some TLC. A/C worked in the bedroom but not the same in the living room. The bay side of the house was not as usable as I thought it would be- more mud than sand but then they seemed to tear up and kinda excavate the beach. Kitchen was good, bed comfortable.

Great Location

You couldn’t ask for a more convenient location in Mission Beach area. Easy walk to all the Mission Beach and Pacific Beach attractions. The property was very well maintained and was very easy access. Was glad we read the note about the small garage and rented a compact SUV. Pro tip: much easier to Park if you come in from Jamaca rd., straight shot into the garage as opposed to trying to make the turn. Situated a short block from the bay and two short blocks from the ocean. It was great sitting on the seawall and watching the dolphins play in the waves. Would absolutely return to this location.

Nice comfortable and private condo. Had everything we needed and were pleasantly surprised it had a king sized bed! (My husband is 6’7”) Positives: within walking distance to literally everything you need. Steps from the bay and a block from the ocean! Views from the kitchen and living room of the bay and the breeze were a great way to wake every morning. Negative: this is in a very populated area and it on the noise level of your fellow guests around you but you can literally hear everything just like they are sitting in the same room as you. The nice thing was everyone follows the rules and are quiet after at least 10pm but a little jarring if you aren’t expecting it

surfstyle mission bay rental - Very good

Pros - great location, excellent communication, nice layout with spacious bathroom, free garage parking spot, excellent bed/sheets/towels supply. Kitchen well-stocked. Lots of natural light. Cons - heaters were barely functional. Not relevant unless you're staying there in the winter months but the unit gets cold at night and the split heaters located in bedroom and living room did nothing to heat up the unit. Recommend supplying a small space heater for guests. Walls are pretty scuffed and although the unit was clean, you can tell it is well-used. Otherwise an excellent, quiet stay in a great location with timely communication from the Surfstyle team.

Awesome location, nice condo

We loved this condo! It was perfect for our small family of three. We loved most that it was on the water on the bay side of mission beach. This made it more quiet and calm than the beach side and it was so nice to walk out and be on the bay! The updates make this place feel comfortable, safe and taken care of. We appreciated the nice smart TVs at night and beach gear available to us. Was also awesome to have laundry. Tip - Don't get too large of a rental car! It won't fit in the garage!

Great quiet location a few minutes from the beach. Had a 4 door jeep wrangler which fitted (just!) In the garage. Perfect base for exploring Mission and Pacific beach - it is a little bit of a walk to the restaurants and bars of PB but when it's along the beach who's complaining!

Ideal place for SD beach getaway

Place was clean, stocked with essentials and located close to a variety of food and activities. We liked having the option of both mission beach and mission bay within walking distance. Master bed and sofa bed were super comfortable. Cooking equipment was quality. Rental provided chairs, sand toys, boogie boards and beach towels. Would definitely love to stay here again for future visits.

Schöne Unterkunft an zwei StrÀnden

Es war ein gelungener Aufenthalt. Alles bestens organisiert. Beide StrĂ€nde sind in Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar. Es war ruhig und gemĂŒtlich. Vorsicht bei grossen Autos. Ein chevrolet tahoe passte nicht in die Garage. Wir durften es dann vor der Garage stehen lassen. Das war sehr entgegenkommend und nett!

Really nice

We had a wonderful stay. My daughter & I were in town looking at schools & wanted to be near the beach. It was a great location within walking distance to plenty. The unit was clean, well equipped with beach gear to use as well. The garage is smaller, our Malibu rental for just fine but anything bigger would not work so keep that in mind.

Disappointed

I’ve stayed at Various Airbnb”s and never had an issue with location being cleaned. The doors and walls are dirty at this location. For a newly renovated unit it underwhelming. Had to re-wash dishes before using, not acceptable especially since a cleaning fee is collected. Cooking was a nightmare since alarms kept going off, due to poor ventilation. Remote for Tv in living room had dead batterie’s, and brochures states to check, however you want guest to replace their not provided. This trips turned out to be extremely disappointing based on false advertisement about listing.
