Come visit this oceanfront beach condo on the sand with large patio and deck overlooking the Pacific Ocean in beautiful South Mission Beach, San Diego. Our property is fully furnished and has unlimited views of the ocean form the beachfront patio and upstairs deck. This is one of the best sand beaches in the world with swimming and surfing just steps from the condo. This 3 bed 3 bath 2 story condo is located ON THE SAND/Boardwalk. You can easily watch your children play in the sand while relaxing on the patio. There is also a lifeguard tower directly in front near the water for safe swimming and water activities. This property is a side by side, mirror image duplex, totaling of 6 bedrooms six baths if both units are rented. Each unit has a separate VRBO listing number. 2735 Oceanfront Walk is listing # 11622 and 2737 Oceanfront Walk is listing # 1071584. If your requested dates are not available please be sure to check the other listing. Each unit has all of its own amenities such as gas barbeque, patio , laundry, hose, outdoor shower, parking, etc, so nothing is shared between units. Each unit comes with 2 carport parking spaces (4 spaces total if both units are rented). We rent weekly during summer months from Saturday to Saturday. There are plenty of shops, markets, bars and restaurants within walking distance. World famous Belmont park is just up the boardwalk to the north. Enjoy a morning walk on the beach or boardwalk before settling in for your day of fun in the sun. Our units are fully equipped with wifi and cable television. This place was spacious! It was clean! It had the most amazing beach front views! It had all the appliances and utensils that we needed. Bedrooms and bathrooms were clean! Having 2 parking spots was a huge plus in the area! Sharing the patio with the other unit was fun as well, we met some great people. Great location, but our stay was completely ruined with the discovery of a bed bug infestation in the master bedroom. Reported issue to owner, who did not seem concerned, and took no immediate action. Pictures of bed bugs submitted. No compensation or refund offered, even though we rented both sides of the unit for several days. I feel sorry for whoever was booked after us

The location is incredible! Having two parking spots in that area is ideal and then you get inside and you're right on the sand but not in the crazy busy area. It's a short half mile walk to Belmont Park for fun for kids and restaurants. The house had everything we needed and having three full bathrooms was a huge plus. The outdoor space was great for morning coffee with an ocean view and then we ate dinner out there each night and had the fire pit going one night. It was perfect and everything you'd want for a family vacation. We were fortunate that no one was in the condo that shares the patio so that was a plus. The owners were super responsive and when we found the toaster was broken they had a brand new one delivered within hours along with some new pans. We plan on coming back here again next summer!

This property was right on the beach in the perfect location. Our days were filled with playing on the beach during the day and watching the sunset at night over the beach. Family getaway at Mission Beach

Lovely condo with all I needed for cooking, beach umbrella and even a washer and dryer. Love the master bedroom it oversees the ocean. Super clean. It was slightly awkward when the nieghbors had to share the same Patio for thier birthday party. Fortunately, the people were respectful and nice and only traversed the invisible line to our patio briefly.

Great Location

My buddies and I enjoyed our stay at the Mission Beach property. We were in town for a relaxing weekend plus took in a Padres game. The rental worked out great. Mission Beach vacation

This property is ideally located for a quiet vacation away from the busiest section of Mission Beach with direct access (right out the door) to the beach. When I informed the property manager that we lost hot water one morning, he dispatched a service technician who replaced the hot water heater by the end of the day.

Perfect little beach house

Great little beach house for our long weekend. Bathrooms and kitchen are updated, beds are comfy. On the beach it’s perfect. Kitchen had enough supplies for us to make dinner a couple nights. Gas grill was great. There were some sand toys on the porch in the deck box and boogie boards in the laundry closet. If you have littles, bring something to block the stairs and close up the cabinets, and watch out for the step down to the living room. Our 1.5 year old did fine. We would return in the future! Thanks!
