This is our third summer booking this home. We love it so much has all we need as far as beach toys, umbrellas, bikes, towels! It’s spacious, beds are so comfy. Washer and dryer and ac is always a plus. So close to bay you can watch the SeaWorld fire works from steps away! Beach not too far as well! Drift vacation homes who manages property are fantastic! They are a text away at all times!! 10 out of 10 we’ll be back again!

Spectacular

A gem of a property from top to bottom that is run incredibly well. The unit is very well equipped and organized for anything you need from cooking to BBQ to working remote to lounging comfortably. Our two kiddos 2.5 and 4.5 were very comfortable in the bunks. Location is amazing; walk to beach, bay, local MB offerings, and the park-facing patio adds some extra beauty and convenience. Nice to have garage parking for a car. Honestly one of the best short-term rentals we can remember over the past decade. We will absolutely be back!

Best Vacation Rental

My family and I stayed in this immaculate rental in August 2023. The floorplan and set-up was perfect for my infant, toddler, spouse, mother, and myself. My mother had her own suite downstairs separate from us and the kids. The bunk room fit a pack n play easily; I think it could have fit in the primary suite upstairs as well but we would have had to move a table and it would be tight. The pictures do not do this rental justice. The house is beautiful! It is professionally stocked and organized with anything and everything we needed. It was easy to just arrive and function. I wish my own home was so organized! The property manager was very responsive throughout our stay (no significant issues but nice they were responsive). The location is beyond perfect for any and all activities we wanted to do. Very short and beautiful walk to a playground, the beach, the bay, and restaurants/coffee shops. There are also bicycles, beach chairs, umbrellas, beach toys, and a wagon for use. The garage is narrow as mentioned and fit a Toyota Highlander easily but any wider SUV would be tight. We will absolutely be back and cannot wait to stay here again!

Amazing Place to Stay!

My family of 5 stayed at this property and I would highly recommend it! It is extremely clean, is in a great location, has all of the amenities and their communication was excellent. This property is in easy walking distance to the bay side and the ocean side and has all up-to-date appliances and furnishings. My entire family was happy to have stayed here.

Great location, clean modern house

Overall great stay and very helpful host. Location is very nice and walkable. Maintenance issue addressed same day. Only a couple minor issues. Namely the shower heads are not great in terms of water pressure and ease of use - would be nice to replace them with hose showerheads to make getting clean faster and easier. The bicycles are not in a good shape so you will likely need to rent one. But overall very clean and nice unit in great location with responsive host!

Perfect location and very stylish!

My group of 5 (4 adults and one child) stayed here for 5 nights and it was absolutely perfect! Great location, well stocked and organized, and I found myself thinking “I wish my house was decorated like this” in every area of the house! Nice furnishings and stylish decor. But most importantly, just feet from the bay! We went there a few times a day and each day and loved how close it was. We also went to Belmont Park several times, just a few short blocks away. A great place to rent if you’re looking for something in Mission Beach/Bay area!
