It is a basic hotel. The room was clean. Staff was not as professional as orher places. The walls are thin and therefore sleep was a challenge when the guests next door were super loud. The bed was hard. I was disappointed that the patio on the hotel site pictures, was closed. As far as the area, it was close to a lot of food places and easy to access in a short walk.

The gentleman who greeted us at the front desk each morning, checked us in on our arrival and checked us out on the day of our departure, was a complete delight! Very kind, had wonderful recommendations, helpful, and kind for our whole stay. The room was also very clean and neat, which we appreciated. I liked the water dispenser on the first floor, too.

The first room that we were assigned to smelled like smoke. They switched us to another room immediately. The rooms were small but clean. The service was courteous. There was a few spaces of free parking just down the block. Had a great time overall.

Everything was great ! Room was clean , friendly staff, and breakfast was nice . Location is very convenient to all the shopping and good restaurants in little Italy . Spent 3 days here and didn’t have to Uber anywhere due to being close to everything. Highly recommend this place

Room was clean a MRM well appointed. The pool and gym facilities are top notch. Walking distance to grocery stores and restaurants. Only Negative was that there was no wifi info at check-in. It took a day to get a response.
