An 18 hole golf course would be great as well, especially when you get a discount on a round of golf. Of course, this should all be in a quiet and secure location. If you can connect with one or more of these dreams, then this luxury rental is for you.
Located in the most desired San Felipe resort - El Dorado Ranch, this is one luxury accommodation that is built and furnished to cater to your every need while on vacation. Once you come in through the front door, you're immediately struck by the masterfully designed split level construction with high ceilings, creating a palatial feel letting you know you're in for a treat on this vacation.

A short flight of steps takes you downstairs to the first of two living rooms in this rental home. Here you will find a comfy, black L-shaped, leather sectional sofa. A coffee table with storage and TV with satellite hookup makes these a popular room to hang out in. This living room has direct access to a two-car garage and a poolside patio.

Head upstairs and you'll find a well-equipped kitchen with granite countertops. Toaster, Coffee maker, ice-maker, cookware, etc are all included. There is a kitchen island with bar stools that can be useful for informal dining or simply catching up on all the fun experiences during your day out in town. For more formal dining, adjacent to the kitchen, there is a dining table with seating for six

A second living room, beautifully decorated with a cream-colored leather sofa and center table, is connected to the kitchen via the open floor plan. This living room has a contemporary gas-fired fireplace that creates a romantic setting when it's lit up at night.

Perhaps our guests' favorite place to hang out is the second floor outdoor patio which overlooks the semi private pool. The proximity to the pool alone makes this a popular rental with guests. This pool is just one of three swimming pools in our resort available for your use when you stay in this vacation rental. Wanna take a dip in our private beach? Well then now you have four options of where to go for a swim.

It's simply beautiful sitting outdoors in the evenings with the lit up swimming pool in the background. There is patio seating with a table that's great for gazing at the galaxy of starts courtesy of San Felipe's unpolluted skies. A really cool feature is the outdoor fireplace designed to look like a traditional chimney.

There are three bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms. The master bedroom with patio, walk-in closet, shower and tub, is the only bedroom on the second floor. A queen size bed with nightstands, reading lamps and a dresser adorn the master bedroom. Above the bed, you'll find modern art decor.

Two more bedrooms are on the first floor. Guest room one has two twin beds, while guest room two has a queen bed. The bedrooms comfortably sleep six guests.

Note: 8  Adults allowed,Resort will only issue 6 pool passes .children 12 and under do not need pool pass!
The resort office issues pool passes between 8AM - 5PM daily. If you plan to use the swimming pool on your arrival date, please arrive by 4:30PM.  After the resort office issuing pool passes closes, you will need to wait until the following morning to get your pool pass and use the pool.

This resort resort does not permit use of BBQ at the condos due to fire danger.  
- BBQ Stands have been set up at a designated BBQ area away from the condos. It is about a 10 minute walk to the BBQ area 

A $100 security deposit, not included in the rental amount is required on arrival.  This amount is charged to your credit or debit card on arrival. On departure, provided no damage or missing items in the rental, the $100 will be refunded to your card. 

Monthly Rentals - Utilities are additional.  A utility security deposit is required from monthly renters upon arrival. 

Note:  Off road vehicles are no longer permitted in La Ventana del Mar.  Alternatively, you may rent a house on the mountain side of El Dorado Ranch, or rent in another community in which we have a homes.
