Beachfront San Felipe Villa 721

Luxury El Dorado Ranch San Felipe beachfront San Felipe rental villa, fully furnished, and ready for you if you are seeking the ultimate San Felipe vacation experience.  18-hole golf course.  

Featuring two bedrooms and two bathrooms, this single floor design is the ideal for up to 4 guests.

Look out of the dining room window, living room window or master bedroom and all you have are unobstructed views of our pristine private beach.  Walk out the front door and enjoy the warm waters of the Sea of Cortez. 

Living room furniture is made from imported Italian leather with beautiful pillows along with colored accent walls set the perfect tone for a relaxing vacation. A flat screen TV with satellite TV connection in the living room allows you to follow your favorite soap operas or reality shows.

This is a non-smoking unit.

Pool Passes are issued by the resort directly to guests.  Office issuing the passes closes by 4:30PM.  If you arrive after 4:30PM, you will be able to access the rental but not the pool.  Passes will need to be picked up the following day.

No off-road vehicles permited within this resort. Exceiption made for race teams.

A $100 security deposit, not included in the rental amount is required on arrival.  This amount is charged to your credit or debit card on arrival. On departure, provided no damage or missing items in the rental, the $100 will be refunded to your card. 

This resort resort does not permit use of BBQ at the condos due to fire danger.  

BBQs have been set up at a designated BBQ area away from the condos. 
It is about a 10 minute walk to the BBQ area 
Another option is to use the BBQ service of on-site Pavilion restaurant

MONTHLY RENTALS - Utilities are additional.  A utility security deposit is required from monthly renters upon arrival.

Great location

Loved the location - perfect for our needs. The sunrises were amazing each morning. The facility in general could be beautiful but due to the stoppage of construction much of the facility is unfinished and weathered.There was no one available to check us in even though we arrived within the time frame given, there was an emergency and they were taken away from the office. The condo had a bit of an off smell. There were no hand towels, kitchen towels or bath mats, the listing said that there was only one towel per person, but I thought there would be towels and dishwasher soap in the room. There was barely enough soap and toilet paper for a week long stay. The tv remotes didn’t work when we arrived all needed batteries. The dishwasher also didn’t work and had to be replaced while we were there. Lots of dust and the pillows on the bed were really stained - the linens looked to be brand new though.

Wonderful Beach paradise

Location, Location, Location. The place was amazing right on the beach. The most beautiful sunrise. The house was modern and upscale. Everything you need to make a great meal. We will definitely come back. The only thing to note Is that WiFi is only available at the pool area which was fine by me there is no WiFi in the house. That made out experience even better kids were forced to stay off the electronics. I can’t complain I had some work to do but poolside with margaritas and pina colada! The resort staff were the best friendly helpful 5 star!
