San Felipe Resort 3-bedroom rental villa

Just a three minute walk from the beach, this sunny condo sits above others around it and offers water views from most every window. Rental is located by the La Palapa restaurant and pool in our gated community - the beautiful resort community of El Dorado Ranch. This resort was created for the active lifestyle and perfect for families with children.

Featuring 3 bedrooms, 2.5 full baths, the rental condo is nicely furnished with a casual theme and ideal for short and long stays. The master bedroom is located upstairs and comes complete with a King size bed and a master bathroom, consisting of a large tiled walk in shower, double sinks and a soaking tub for unwinding.

Two of the bedrooms are located downstairs. One bedroom is furnished with a nice Queen size bed and the second bedroom comes with two cozy Twin beds. The bedroom downstairs have a shared tub/shower combo bathroom. Ideal for the kids!

The downstairs living room offers a beautiful view of the surroundings along with a soothing tile patio. Upstairs is a second patio with patio furniture for you to relax and enjoy your vacation. Feel like making BBQ - an inbuilt BBQ grill is available on the upstairs patio.

The kitchen is equipped with modern appliances, and stocked with all the utensils and cookware you will need to create delicious meals. A comfortable breakfast bar seats 2 along with a beautiful dining room table for 6.

This rental sleeps 6 guests only.  If guest bring an airbed, 2 more guest can be accommodated for. maximum occupancy of 8.

This rental comes with 6 pool passes only!
If 8 adults rent, only 6 adults can access the pool.
Children 12 years and under do not need pool pass

Pool Passes are issued by the resort directly to guests.  Office issuing the passes closes by 4:30PM.  If you arrive after 4:30PM, you will be able to access the rental but not the pool.  Passes will need to be picked up the following day.

A $100 security deposit, not included in the rental amount is required on arrival.  This amount is charged to your credit or debit card on arrival. On departure, provided no damage or missing items in the rental, the $100 will be refunded to your card. 

This resort resort does not permit use of BBQ at the condos due to fire danger.  

BBQs have been set up at a designated BBQ area away from the condos.
It is about a 10 minute walk to the BBQ area 
Another option is to use the BBQ service of on-site Pavilion restaurant

NOTE:  Off road vehicles are no longer permitted in this community.  If you do want to bring off-road vehicles, we have other options
