The property itself was nice. The lobby was pretty. My concerns: 1. It was cold in the city. The heater wouldn’t work in the room. We asked the front desk to have someone come take a look. The person that came mentioned that other residents were using the AC so "the heater will not work in the entire building." He offered us a personal heater which was tiny. We asked for an additional one since the room was big and he told us that if we plug in an additional heater it would make the electricity go out and they'd have to come fix the breaker. What?! We were cold all day and night furing our stay. 2. Parking is not included. 3. The police was at the property one night that we stayed. I'm not sure why though. The positives 1. Their breakfast buffet is awesome. Custome omelets were available. 2. The pool is nice. 3. Happy hour is pretty good.

The staff was very kind to us on our arrival. Got in our room before check in my sister leg is in a boot so that was nice of them. The hotel was very beautiful. A few things needs help like the hot tub was very dirty, some of the food could be better, bathroom tub could be cleaner and one of our towels had a stain on it. The staff was very helpful tho. I would come back!!

Breakfast was okay. I know it's included in the price of the room. Just having warmer food and slightly better quality would make a world of difference. Drinks in the evening also scream free and cheap. Make us want to come back! With this quality, I really don't.

Great suite hotel with amazing breakfast buffet and omelet+ station. The room was clean but showed some wear and A/C still on for entire hotel so room was at 67F which was chilly with humidity. (temps in mid forties at night) Staff was great, all were welcoming and when issues with room temp they brought up a really great space heater and which helped somewhat. thanks for great stay. PS readjusting base temp of 67F to 70F would probably do a better job of saving money and keeping rooms comfortable. ?

The front desk staff was amazing. Our room was not ready when we arrived but Trevor made sure we were taken care of. This persons level of service made our stay wonderful. More front desk people need to be like him. He made our nightmare of a day great.
