Great location. I appreciate the bellmen very friendly and helpful. Valet is the only option on property. I was fine with the rate but one man in the valet staff was rude and seemed to hate his job. Valet was the only issue with our stay.

I've stayed at this hotel a few times. It's always a great stay. Great location, clean room and kind staff. I had a room overlooking Geary St and it was still quiet and comfortable. Highly recommend.

Clean room but air conditioning vents were dirty and curtain was ripped. Dirty air conditioning vents are torture for folks with allergies and ripped curtains cheapens the hotel. However, staff are courteous and helpful.
