This property is good within a limited budget. I will recommend anyone who are travelling to SFO on a short trip. However, the downtown area in the surrounding is very shabby and feels a bit unsafe at night.

I previously left a positive review for my stay at your hotel, as I genuinely enjoyed the experience. However, I recently realized that there was a $20 per night charge that I wasn’t aware of at the time. This unexpected fee left me feeling a bit disappointed, as I would have appreciated clearer communication about it during the booking process. I still appreciate the quality of service and comfort provided, but I believe better transparency regarding additional charges would enhance the guest experience.
