This hotel really gives you a taste of old San Francisco. The decor is very elegant and the staff are very helpful. I think the only drawback is lack of parking.

We had a really nice time. Had a drink and appetizers in the bar before going to our event. It was really nice. Parking was conveniently located down the street. The room was so nice! Loved the morning breakfast. Everyone was very nice.

We were there for a family hospital stay. They were very accommodating, friendly and sympathetic. Very eager to please. Location was easy to get to the hospital and with meals in walking distance. Very good price. Would use again and recommend. Only downside to some would be the lack of drawer space. Room wasn’t that large but we weren’t there to stay in the room so didn’t bother us.

Wonderful historic hidden gem!
A very pleasant surprise with superior customer service, absolutely darling decor, and a comfortable room. It was a little street noisy at night and we had some sounds of construction on our checkout day but nothing too bad.
