I always stay here during my new year’s vacation. Always a good stay. Check in when the only issue. I got checked into an occupied room. They fixed it but that was not good for obvious reasons.

Sushi restaurant food was not fresh. Extremely overpriced for quality of food. Had to request housekeeping multiple times the same day Room service breakfast order missing items.Called front desk and still never received items but charged anyway. Called room service another day multiple times and no one ever answered. Manager called us back to say they "were busy and to stay patient" Still never got an order. This is not a hotel that is 4.5 star caliber. If hotel is understaffed to the detriment if the customer, action needs to take place to preserve the client's trust and relationship. Zero accountability. The sushi restaurant won't be in business much longer either. Extremely disappointed.
