Being so close to Oracle Park was huge!! So convenient since we were there for the Stray Kids concert. The hotel itself was very modern, clean and very nice! The rooms were very comfortable!

I’ve stayed at several Hyatt Places in the past and am extremely disappointed with the accommodations at this specific location. First off, upon checking in, the hotel closed off its parking lot and said it was full for the night. How are you going to build a facility without the proper parking situation for its guests. I’m not sure if the hotel was allowing outside guests park here for the game (Giants and Warriors were playing that night) but not having the proper parking amenities for GUESTS is completely unacceptable. The hotel staff at the front desk pointed out “other parking options” but in busy DT and one way streets, the allotted lot would take 30 plus minutes to get to in traffic. I explained my frustrations but recieved several rolled eyes in response as the staff apologized and stated the hotel parking would not reopen at all till the following morning. Now, on to to the room. I can’t believe how unmaintained the bathroom was. The shower looked run down, paint chipping, and stained. I felt so uncomfortable showering I had to lay a towel down or keep my slippers on because of how disgusting it appeared. I really do hope Hyatt takes this review into consideration. I have never left a hotel review but I do have to let others know that this Hyatt Place does not meet the standards of others.

I reserved a room at this Hyatt property due to its proximity to Oracle Park and the advertised valet parking. Upon arrival (around 5 pm), there were no available drop off spots in front of the hotel, so we ended up circling around (fun in any major city). Finally calling, my wife and I were told that valet parking was full, but I could park at a private parking facility just down the block. OK…. Then upon departure, the parking exit kiosk wasn’t working, resulting in me having to go and find the assistant on duty who spent 15 mins asking her boss if she could let me out of the lot. Not really anyone’s fault, but if you’re expecting to drop your luggage and/or valet park, wouldn’t recommend this hotel. The front desk was polite, but definitely not really helpful.

Overall the hotel was very clean. You needed a room key to use the bathrooms down by the breakfast area I assume to keep people from off the street using them but they could have used a little more attention. The bar area was nice but under staffed. Lots of people gathered there with take out food. Shower was great but our toilet didn't flush all the time.
