Appreciated we were able to check in early with no added fee. However, we were not advised that we would be put into a handicap room. Overall, not a big deal but the shower created quite a wet mess across our bathroom floor. Also not idea the bar areas didn't open until 4 and were already closed when we returned from the concert around 1115.
Room was clean. Small, but that doesnt bother me, may bother those with more people staying in a room. Lobby and costumer service was geeat too. The only thing that bothered me was the parking situation. No access to the garage and you had to always ask someone to give you access. But other than that, place was cool.
