Really run down and not up to cleanliness standards for the price. They say it’s all about location. Bull feathers! I don’t give a rats ass. Clean is clean and this place wasn’t clean.

The location is great! Right by the beach and right by the golden gate park. With a coffee shop next door. Staff was friendly. And the price could not be beat! The room was very clean!

Hotel was 1 block from the ocean! Was asked for a copy of my Driver’s License, it was photocopied and never returned to me. I was not provided a receipt for my room.

It was located a block or two from an excellent cafe.TWe liked the beds and the pillows. Very comfortable. Front desk man was very friendly and helpful. The room was not clean. Blinds were covered with dust, bath tub was not clean, no trash recepticle in the bathroom, some of the tpwels had yellow stains on them.
