My home is located in one of the sunnier sides of SF, an older home built in the 1940's so not very modern but cozy.

Small studio like space with a small bedroom that has bunk beds. You enter through the garage door. This is setup so guests can come in & out as they please. The space is small & cozy with all the amenities you need to cook or order in and watch TV. On smart TV you will find Disney+, YouTube and Xfinity (for local TV watching)
Easy access to/from the freeway. Free and easy street parking available.(one private parking available )

Parfait pour le prix

ConsidĂ©rant le coĂ»t des logements Ă  San Francisco, vous n’arriverez pas Ă  regretter votre choix, et ce, malgrĂ© quelques petits dĂ©tails. Vous serez Ă  60 minutes de tout en transport en commun et qui passe Ă  un coin de rue du logement. Le quartier nous a semblĂ© trĂšs sĂ©curitaire. Nous y avons sĂ©journĂ© 6 jours sans aucun problĂšme.

Welcom to San Francisco in winter

Location proche de la ligne de mĂ©tro T, directe sur « Union square » pour le shopping et sur la « Powell station » en correspondance avec les autres lignes et surtout les diffĂ©rents Pier (le 39 pour l’ambiance, le 33 pour Al alcatraz et le Fishermans wharf. Emplacement convenable. La baie de SF est magnifique.

TrÚs bon qualité / prix pour visiter San Francisco et les environs

L'appartement est situĂ© derriĂšre le garage d’une maison. Vraiment trĂšs bien pour 4 personnes. Avec une cuisine pour manger le soir et le matin. L’appartement est Ă  200 m du tram T (MUNI) qui vous amĂšne en 35 mins au centre de SF. Rapport qualitĂ© / prix imbattable. A noter le passage d’un train de temps en temps en journĂ©e. A amĂ©liorer : le set de poĂȘles pour la cuisine. Il est temps de les remplacer. Communication avec Karla par messagerie .. trĂšs bien.

The living space was studio-styled and super cute with a lot of character! We loved the green backyard and house plants and enjoyed how quiet the unit was. There were a lot of provided household essentials, which made it easy to prepare and serve meals. Sleeping spaces were plentiful and the main bed had a nice firmness to it. There’s a big fridge to store everything you need just outside of the unit in the garage space. We also really appreciated the washer and dryer in unit, which was a lifesaver for our longer stay!Our host was responsive, kind, and helpful. We were able to get any questions we had answered within an hour.The neighborhood is Bayview, and it definitely gets more sun than a lot of other SF neighborhoods. More about Bayview: It’s one of the few areas in The City that doesn’t feel over-gentrified and still has a lot of character. It’s not unsafe, but exercise normal caution for a city and avoid walks at night, especially alone. We would absolutely stay again if we ever need to return to the area.

Cozy Stay

If you are looking for a place to stay for a couple nights on a budget with nearby public transportation, I recommend this place. I will say that having more than 3 guests can feel really tight, but it wasn’t unbearable. I was adventuring primarily in the city most of the day and came back to sleep and it served its purpose. There are many concerns about the neighborhood online and by family living in the city, but I didn’t feel unsafe. I never stayed out past dark hours for extra precaution. The host was kind and communicative. Overall good stay!

Cozy, Clean, Dog Friendly, Affordable

The price, location, and dog friendliness made it perfect for us. My fiance and I were traveling on a budget with our two dogs. We saw a show at Fox Theater in Oakland and this property was conveniently located for that. The back yard area is fenced in and very safe for dogs. The price per night is fantastic considering how expensive SF is. There's all the kitchen basics you need for the weekend, and it's clean and comfortable. The property owner has clearly put effort and thought into making this a wonderful place to stay. She was quick to respond via email during our stay and very hospitable. Highly recommend!One thing: the key pad to get in through the garage is sensitive and a bit tricky. It takes a few tries, but once you get it down, it's easy.

Place is just like advertized. Close to where my family resides and to the freeway. Parking is a little awkward if you have a truck but great for smaller vehicle. Other then that, perfect for the wife and I.

Perfect for us

We felt at home there. I'd heard SF parking can be difficult so i was happy to have a place to park. My mom and I had our Canadian Thanksgiving dinner here. It has a nice back patio for playing cards, the neighborhood is quiet, the owner was helpful and quick to respond.

Nice, but be careful if handicapped or accident-prone!

It was OK getting in - but it required undue effort (address/sign in code, etc). got the code to sign in, but due to faded numbers, needed to ask a passer-by for help. Also, fridge is in different room than kitchen - 1 step down, in "garage." yikes! Do not fall! Plus, 2 small strange-angled steps to get to bathroom. Anyone with balance or a tendency to slip and fall - be ware - this happened to me. Otherwise clean, good internet and felt relatively safe. Thank you.

The neighborhood is a bit funky, but I felt safe and the rental was clean. Nice appliance package. I used Lyft, and my ride was there in four minutes. There is an off-street parking space which could be helpful. I would stay there again.
