The showers were lukewarm at best, sometimes cold. There simply isn't enough hot water, even after waiting a while. The pictures make it look like there is a shared kitchen, lounge, and workspaces. It's actually all in a small lobby that nobody would want to "hang out" or work in.

Great value to stay in the middle of the SF downtown. Everything is very accessible and convenient. Mostly safe - many tourists, office workers and policemen around the area - unless you go toward Tenderloin a few streets away. Facility is old but clean and well managed. No elevator there - you have to carry big luggages through staircases.
