I wasn’t aware that this place wouldn’t be as upscale as all of the other westins I’ve stayed in over the years. There was nothing wrong with. It but i wouldn’t have paid Westin prices if i had know I wouldn’t be getting Westin luxury. Very clean room, but very small w very average bathroom unlike all other westins

Very clean and quiet hotel. It’s very busy but you wouldn’t know it since the room was nice and quiet. Everything was so nice and clean too. The only negative is $48/night to park! I went online and found airport parking in the same lot for $20/night (including all the extra tax etc) This is a great hotel to stay at before or after a trip.

The shuttle was spot on and the checkin process was smooth. The lady at the desk was also kind enough to allow a late checkout. There was luggage area to store luggage with proper tags for security. Rooms were a little old in terms of washroom and carpets but overall I liked the stay for short trips

We booked the Westin because the Grand Hyatt was fully booked. The room was a lovely suite, and staff was helpful and friendly, but when we left, my family agreed we preferred the vibe of the Grand Hyatt and it is doubtful we will book again.

The property is beautiful, the lobby area is pretty but the hallways are in desperate need of attention and love. The room is fine, I appreciate the blackout drapes. There is no microwave in the room so the food we packed had to be thrown away. The proximity to airport and free shuttle cant be beat. I do wish there was a quick breakfast option besides Starbucks.

Convenient to/from Airport

We stayed for one night as we flew in from Europe and had a flight the next morning to home. The Westin has a shuttle to/from airport that comes every 15 minutes--Easy! The room itself was nice and clean, roomy, and comfortable.

Great hotel at SFO airport

Excellent hotel at SFO airport, 5 minutes shuttle ride from terminals. We stayed for 1 night as we had connecting flight. Rooms were very comfortable, restaurant was great for dinner., lots of choice and very tasty.
