Perla 101 is a small ground level corner unit one bedroom , one bathroom , king bed (that can be converted into two twins as convenience ) a full sofa bed in the living room and also a twin foldable sofa bed for children. It has a small kitchen and a perfect dinning room that fits 4. Walk out to the pool, steps from the ocean, steps from the main pool. It is perfect for a relaxing vacation or a romantic getaway. Smart TV, tucked away washer/dryer, A/C mini split in bedroom and living room ,and fans . The unit is fully furnished and has an outdoor patio area with an outdoor dining table and chairs and a charcoal grill. Full bathroom with tub/shower combo. Great location in the Perla building as you are close to everything pools , restaurants but also have enough privacy to feel like you are away from it all.

Casa Del Mar is a luxury beachfront complex. It has numerous lush tropical landscaped walkways and gardens, multiple pools, hot tub, and a zen garden. Infront of the condo: Pool with sun umbrellas and pool chairs. Beach infront of the condo has beach chairs and sun umbrellas. A fire pit in the beach . The complex is a very peaceful and relaxing area.

Casa Del Mar is a 5 Star luxury beachfront resort with the feel of a boutique hotel.

Public Transportation is quite expensive. I always recommend to rent a car and the parking in the condo is FREE.

The guests can use the hotel pool ,jacuzzi , some beach chairs and amenities like the the gym , the world class spa, gourmet restaurant, the pool bar, and beach club restaurant. Some activities and classes have a cost as the gym too . Also the cabañas at the beach will have a cost . Please ask the reception for the prices .
