The condominium is in a warm climate area, very peaceful neighborhood, with pool, playground, supermarket, restaurants nearby. The location is not within the city, but close enough through the highway. It has the peace of countryside, plus being close to the city! 3 rooms (one bigger than the other ones with bathroom in it, and the second and third rooms a bit smaller with a shared bathroom one step outside of one of them and 5 steps outside the other one), fully equipped kitchen, living room, parking on driveway by door and visitor parking for more cars, terrace, backyard.
