I chose this location for the shuttle service to and/from airport and because I know Hyatts to be nice. Unfortunately upon arrival I was told shuttle for the morning slot I needed was full…because they only have 7 SEATS…how is that even reasonable for an airport advertised hotel to only have 7 seats. There were lots of flights leaving early morning when we were, and not having the shuttle service as expected required me to keep my rental car overnight. I was very disappointed. Also, we had an accessible room, which was appreciated, but need more bedside plugs for accessible folks machines…and the shower was roll in but it needs a bracket to hold the shower head up at regular height, having to hold the shower head for the whole shower isn’t great if you aren’t in a wheelchair or using the bench…just a second bracket up higher would be a good addition. Last but not least, the room was very nice and cared for, but when I put down the seat in the shower there were 2 very long hairs on it, obviously a place in the room not cleaned every time….we both have short hair.

Tesla Charger

What I didn’t like the most was when I was trying to charge the Tesla, gas cars were parked on the chargers. It was an inconvenience. We chose this hotel due to the convenience for Tesla charging. The breakfast was not too terrible but did not have a “wow” effect.

Stayed for 3 nights, had a broken sink with a huge crack in it. Called them and reported it every day and no one made a note until the very last day because I had to get a written copy. Parking was horrendous and they did not offer validation, and just said it was game day. Left by 10AM in the beginning of the day and when I came back room was never cleaned. Front person offered 2,000 points for my account for all the inconveniences which they did not even follow up with. Called multiple times for extra towels and tissues had to go down stairs to actually get them. I usually never leave really bad reviews and even heard other people were offered validation for parking due to being game day but when I told the front desk they never mentioned it to me. Probably spent 15-20 minutes a day looking for parking due to anyone can buy and pay for parking there not just guest. Be wary may just be worth it to have a reservation elsewhere to not deal with the hassle. Really expected much better experience staff seemed nice however is it overall a big let down at the end of the day with lack of service and compensation.

Rooms were upgraded and comfy

Hotel was clean and staff was friendly. Rooms were spacious and comfy. Only issue was parking, get there early to get a spot.
