BEWARE Soooo much I can say about this location. Immediately, we noticed that the home had terrible cleaning conditions. The walls, shower, floors, baseboards n Kitchen ceiling fan were absolutely FILTHY! The upstairs shower was grimy n even had hair under the shower mat (dirty as well). The neighborhood had MULTIPLE stray cats that constantly crawled the patio n even slept on the furniture causing us not to use the patio at all! The backyard n front door area even smelled like cat urine. Because we were there for Super Bowl activities we weren’t able to find housing anywhere else so we were basically stuck with staying at the house. The kitchen itself is beautiful but they lacked in providing ample kitchen necessities for “away living.” Every single room had inadequate curtains at the window, not allowing for proper privacy. And one kitchen window had no curtain or blind at all. And Who provides towels and NO wash cloths?! Disgusting. I took so many pics of things that needed attention and am willing to share! There’s NO way this place should look or be advertised as a great host home. It absolutely needs a deep clean before renting out again. The owner really need to visit and see the place as It is. The cleaning crew needs to be fired or retrained on proper cleaning procedures. BEWARE if u book this place as you will be surely disappointed! We have travelled around the World and never experienced any other host homes this bad! BIG improvements need to be made immediately!

the cleanliness of the home needs improvement as we felt like it wasn’t “ready” to be rented out. the floors were sticky. it wasn’t vacuumed or mopped. the outside/backyard area had a lot of trash and the bins were full. the power in the house shut off and the heater didn’t work throughout the night and we were freezing. it was unfortunate that the host wasnt replying until the next morning when we were checking out.

Great home away from home. Spacious, clean and filled with amenities. Large kitchen has brand new appliances and is stocked with good pans and a great coffeemaker and also very good coffee and complimentary snacks. Very well designed with practicality in mind: every room has a side table with a lamp that has USB and USB-C plugs for your phone, so you do not need to look for a wall outlet. Also, the area is very quiet, with little traffic. Wonderful place.

We booked this house and then the owner text us claiming it had been “double-booked.” The pictures of this house look extremely similar to this house but it was a 5d/3ba. Same blankets and futon. We were switched to a different house that had plastic on the furniture. The plumbing didn’t work right. Every time you took a shower it smelled like raw sewage. My sister, daughter, and son all left with bug bites. Floors were extremely dirty. My 2.5yo son’s feet were filthy within a few minutes of running barefoot. How was basically bare. Little to nothing in the home. very cheap furniture. Thin blankets. Horrible wifi connection. Cheap toilet paper and very few towels for a house that was supposed to sleep like 14 people.

Dirty, Broken, and Not as Described

Unfortunately, this property was not well-maintained. The place was very dirty upon arrival. One of the bathroom doors was broken, the shower was filthy and clogged, and the comforters were also dirty.The property did not match the pictures shown in the listing, which was disappointing. While the owner initially responded about fixing the door, no one ever came to resolve the issue.Overall, this was not a pleasant stay.

Awesome find!

The place is exactly how it is described in the listing! The check-in/check-out process was very simple, and the house was beautiful. The only downside is that I felt like the rooms we're pretty dusty which made my allergies act up. Other than that, we had a great stay.

We had a great stay here. The place was super clean and spacious, just like the listing said. Check-in was straightforward, and the location was in a nice, quiet neighborhood. The extra bedding and blankets were a nice bonus. No complaints at all. I would definitely stay here again!
