Very nice and clean hotel, you can tell that it’s newer. Breakfast was good, with plenty of options. Bed was hard. The shower stream was very painful. The water came out so fast and forceful you don’t want it to hit your face, and you can’t change the setting unfortunately.

Checked in late after a hockey game in San Jose. Staff was courteous and helpful and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable during our stay. We would definitely stay again.

The parking is safe and only guest can access hotel parking and guest areas. The staff is very accommodating and the room is clean and modern. The area around the hotel is run down and has a lot of transient foot traffic. I am happy the hotel is very secure and nice.

Excellent stay. Highly recommend. I would of given 5 stars but only issue I had was that if I book a hotel stay I would assume that would include parking at that hotel. But it does not. Have to pay extra for that. That is the only thing that I had a problem with, I thought only Vegas hotels had those crazy add on fees.
