My recent experience at this hotel, was quite disappointing. Upon my arrival, I was shocked to see the poor condition of the premises. The carpets were completely dirty, there was trash scattered in the hallways, and the outdoor area by the pool had direct access from the street with no security measures in place. To add to this, there was bird excrement around the pool, the water was dirty and filled with dead insects, and I even came across a pair of underwear with feces on the ground near the tables. I spent only 10 minutes at the hotel before deciding to leave due to the unsanitary conditions. Additionally, the wait at the reception with 10 people in line for just one receptionist. The level of cleanliness and overall experience at your establishment was far below expectations.

Nightmare Experience

I have never had such a horrible hotel experience. Showed up excited to check in only to wait in line for 45 minutes at the desk to be told that they overbooked and my room was given away?! Meanwhile my wife and 3 kids are waiting in the car. The incompetent blue haired woman hiding behind the computer screen lets me know they can put me in a room with a single king bed. I was able to get the ONLY roll away bed for my 2 grown kids. We get into the room. It stinks. Wallpaper coming off the walls. There are people outside screaming and fighting for hours! My poor kids had to share a roll away bed. I go to the desk the next morning and the lady that morning was very helpful and got us moved into the correct room. It had a whole different terrible smell. We went to the pool. Hot tub was barely warm. The pool was dirty and gross. I read the reviews on this place before booking my stay thinking oh come on it can’t be that bad right? WORST HOTEL EXPERIENCE EVER! Stay far away from this place!

I was put in a room that was supposed to be out of service the pictures on expedia are not even close to the conditions of the facility its a glorified motel 6 honestly i think motel 6 probably a step up i reserved 2 days i could not stand the filth and agter checkinv in at almost 930pm shoeered slept and left early in the morning and was told i would not be charged for the second night but of course they charged me and are trying to throw it on expedia and expedia says it was charged at hotel so hotel reaponible for the refund. No were close by to eat so you better get it or plan on making a drive and now have to wait 5 business days to see if im gonna get my money back.aftwr waiting in line for almost an hour due to 1 staff member at the desk on a friday night poir staffing and lets see if my post gets removed the good reviiews they have are probably a bot
