Courtyard

As you walk into the Villa through the large arch entrance and gigantic front door made of Old Cedar wood, you come into one of the most beautiful courtyards that you've ever seen featuring a L-shaped private pool with bench seating for relaxing and a shallow entrance area for young children to stand in. Along the pool, is a beautiful large natural white stone tile flooring that is designed to not slip when wet. Huge shaded corridors with terra-cotta tiles border the white stone with 3 heavenly hammocks that are situated in the columns as well as four large teak wood lounge chairs for tanning in the sun closer to the pool on the natural white stone tiles or relaxing in the shade in the corridors with the terra-cotta flooring. In front of the rooms and living room are rocking chairs and tables for enjoying the outdoor living in the courtyard and its serene and perfectly maintained surrounding garden. The outside bar borders the living area with large sliding glass windows that connect the kitchen to the courtyard. The bar is decorated with a beautiful and unique tile pattern from Granada that's wonderful on the eyes. There is a barbecue for outdoor cooking. Not to be forgotten is the hot water outdoor shower for after surf sessions and time in the pool. There is strong Wifi signal to stay connected throughout the courtyard..

Living Area

Large glass sliding doors and screens lead you from the courtyard to the living area. The very spacious living area with an extremely high ceiling decorated with large wood beams is the perfect place to pass time between in the day while not at the beach and enjoy the evenings. It has AC, large ceiling fans and screen doors and large sliding windows with screens for maximum air circulation. The living area has multiple features:

*TV Area:

Two big comfortable sofas, a sofa chair, large coffee table and entertainment center all were tastefully custom made for the Villa to match in unison in front of the large 60-Inch Sony flatscreen TV with Dish Network and Apple TV for full enjoyment.

*Dining Area

The custom made Old Cedar wood dining table is a huge slab of beautiful wood with benches and individual seats and the end of each side of the table.

*Office

There is a large desk and drawers with two seats for any work on the computer that needs to be taken care of.

*Game Room

We fit a ping pong table and foosball table to add some excitement in the Living Area.

*Kitchen

The inside bar area is at the entrance of kitchen area on the granite island. The fully equipped kitchen has custom Old Cedar wood cabinetry with tons of space. The kitchen has two sinks one on the island and one in front of the large sliding windows that open up to the courtyard and outside bar. With lots of space, it's a great place to cook or just hang out.

Rooms

Each room is well thought out for personal time. You have Wifi signal and AC to relax in your personal space. The Bed have quality linens and pillows for the best night sleep and down time.
