First level you have kitchen , living room, bath and a Balcony with ocean view.

Second level: 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom.

Bedroom 3: 1 Queen bed (2 people)

All rooms have air conditioning.

Living room does not have Air conditioning but has 3 Fans and a balcony with breeze.

Third Level: Big Terrace with Ocean front view.

Beach items free provided: Chairs, Please take care of them :-). Bath Towels and Sheets provided. Full Kitchen with all the cookware included.

Laundry only avaliable for 10 or more nights stays. You have a laundromat 10 min away (we use this laundromat also for clean when people check out)

The Playas del Yunque apartment complex is located in Rio Grande, Puerto Rico, a 1/2 hour drive from San Juan International Airport, right next to the Wyndham Rio Mar Hotel & Casino.

The master bedroom has a queen bed, the second bedroom has 1 full bed & 1 twin bed (Bunk Beds), and the living room has a comfortable Sofa (But no Sofa Bed). There are also 2 community pools, 2 tennis courts, beach volleyball & basketball court, and 24/7 security.

Other Attractions:

- Rio Mar Golf & Country Club: Play a round of golf in one of two championship 18-hole golf courses designed by the Fazio brothers and Greg Norman. If tennis is your thing, there are also 11 Har-TruÂź courts and 2 Laykold hard courts.

- El Yunque Tropical Rain Forest: El Yunque is the only tropical rain forest in the United States National Forest System. Great place for hiking, birdwatching, taking photos and/or dipping into a fresh water cascade. The park is open 7 days a week and is FREE of cost.

- Fajardo Bioluminescent Bay: An adventure not to be missed while in Puerto Rico. Join a fully guided night trip into one of the most amazing natural phenomena of the world. Paddle your way through the mystical mangrove channels leading to “Laguna Grande.” There, you will meet our glowing friends, the Pyrodinium Bahamense, a microscopic plankton capable of producing natural light at the touch of your hand!

- Hacienda Carabali: Here you can enjoy a fun day horseback riding, riding ATV's and Go-Karts, and a nice lunch/dinner at the Hacienda's restaurant.

- Luquillo Beach and Kiosks: Hop from one numbered shack to another, sampling all kinds of frituras (fried food), meat on a stick, oysters, and other goodies.

Location, location, location

We had a wonderful stay. Close to restaurants, El Yunque, Luquillo and only a 36 minute ride to the ferry. From the terrace you can see the ocean. All the bedrooms had a/c. Would highly recommend this place.

Roomy and beachfront

Loved being literally steps from the beach. The place was very comfortable for our family of four, and we liked also being near several good restaurants, a mini mart, and a grocery store about 10 minutes away. Sunset on the roof deck was a real treat!

Lovely beach. Wonderful little neighborhood, nice and quiet. Some very friendly locals. Thr pool isnt as pleasant of a vacay spot esp w a family. But the amazing oceanfront surely makes up for it for a short stay. Had almost all the amenities necessary to make it your home away from homee.

Steps away from the beach

Clean and comfortable condominium steps away from a beautiful beach! The complex felt safe and secure. Our daughter loved being able to swim in the pool and play in the ocean. The near by town of Palmer had lots of delicious restaurants. It was a fast and easy drive into the rainforest for hiking. Overall, we had a wonderful stay.

Family getaway

Great location, super close to beach... pretty much right outside the door. Close to good sightseeing and rainforest. Group of 6 stayed and were very comfortable. When we arrived we only had 5 towel for a 5 day stay with 6 adults, I texted the owner and he personally brought more towels to us. Also, a bed frame cracked during our stay and the owner was very nice/understanding about it and had his handyman come repair it.

Wonderful stay

We had a great time at the condo and can’t wait to come back! It was our family of 4, including our 7 year old and 5 year old and this was a perfect condo for us. It was very clean and the location was perfect. The beach is beautiful and essential private- we only saw a few other people. The beach is steps away. We loved lounging in the hammocks on the balcony- one of our favorite things in the condo. Carlos answered us immediately whenever we had a question. We will be back!

Awesome place just steps from the beach !

We got to enjoy this place for 6 nights for spring break this year and really enjoyed it . From the moment we pulled up to the gate and security greeted us and answered all of our questions and sent us in the right direction . The condo is very cozy and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay . We loved sitting on the back porch that had amazing views and that the whole door opened up to get a good breeze blowing through the downstairs . The beds were all very comfortable and our kids loved the bunk beds . There are Stores and great food within a 10min drive and a few places that deliver food also. The complex has 2 nice pools , basketball courts , playground that we also enjoyed . We will definitely be visiting again . Thanks again Carlos !

Paradise

This property was a percect stay for us. First of all we felt like we were in paradise! The place was very nice and clean. The beds were all very comfortable. The host was very attentive to all our questions. You are literally steps away from an amazing beach. Lots of waves but the kids truly enjoyed every minute of it. The place is very nice and modern. We loved all the extra's that were offered. Beach chairs and cooler helped our stay on the beach. Our overall experience was excellent. I would highly recommend this to any of my friends and family! I would love to come back soon! Thank you for sharing your amazing home with us!

Excellent Vacations

Great place with one of the best beaches in PR. It has two of the best pools of all the condominiums in the area. The apartment is big, bright and comfortable. Just little details: The toilet seats need some adjustment. The one of the main floor is loose and the one on the second floor don't stay up. Black out curtains in the exterior faced bedrooms will be ideal to rest a little more in the mornings. And the mattress pad of the master room have some lumps that can bother sometimes while sleeping. Other than those little details, I recommend a stay in this property.

Great A/C in bedrooms for sleeping!

Very clean, great secure location. Perfect for families, or for a couple who wants a rental just a few steps to the beach. Was outfitted well with towels, kitchen utensils and household supplies. Has been updated well. Very important in tropics has great A/C in all bedrooms!! Beach was basically private, you might see a few folks walking the beach in late afternoon or early mornings, that’s it, nice and quiet. Small grocery/liquor store and independent restaurants a short drive. Only about a 30 min drive to airport. Would definitely stay there again!

Beautiful vacation rental!

This rental was beautiful! It was the perfect location. Near to restaurants, and things to do, but far enough off the path that it was quiet. You just can’t beat the beach right out your front door! Every time we went to the beach it was like we had the whole place to ourselves. The only thing that could be added to make the stay seamless, would be kitchen towels, beach towels, a bath mat and bathroom washcloths. Everything else was perfect. Would definitely recommend!

gorgeous, quiet location

A fabulous place for a family to stay. We had 3 generations, and the family area was perfect. So close to the beach that you could just lounge on either of the 2 balconies or just wonder to the beach in a few moments. The beach is quiet and lovely for walking. The condo was clean; kitchen was furnished with the basics; and the host was good at communicating.

Everything was as expected

Location, location. Great beach condo tho this beach is usually windy. Great for walking along and a quick swim. Calm, clear water it's not. Condo was clean but third BR is tiny with single bed and bunks. Ok for kids. Other two BR fine. Kitchen very small, adequate but could stand an upgrade. Owner was very responsive to two small issues. Grounds are beautiful, pool is well maintained.
