Located in the heart of Ocean Park, you’re just steps from the beach and within walking distance of Calle Loíza and McLeary—two of San Juan’s liveliest streets.



The apartment offers everything you need for a comfortable stay, including a comfy bedroom with A/C, a high-pressure shower, a fully equipped kitchen, a washer/dryer, and a living room that opens to a semi-private patio.



Please note: Puerto Rico may occasionally experience water or electricity outages. Solar power and a water cistern are available to help maintain comfort during these situations. Tropical insects are part of the island environment, and while we take steps to minimize them, turning off outdoor lights at night can help reduce seasonal bugs.



This is the downstairs unit in a two-apartment building. Other guests share the building entrance and pass through the patio to reach their unit. Natural light is limited due to traditional windows and the shaded ground-floor location, but the bedroom stays cool and dark—ideal for sleeping. Best suited for guests who value location and comfort over modern luxury and don’t mind a touch of shared community living.
