Two televisions, microwave/convention oven, coffee maker, toaster oven, garbage disposal, lots of bathroom storage for personal items. All linens provided including beach towels. Comparable quality and ocean front location would cost $100s more in area hotels.

Wonderful stay!

The unit is gorgeous with breathtaking views of the ocean. Everything from getting to the unit and accessing it was simple and hassle free. It had everything I needed inside and was very clean! I would definitely stay again. Communication with property manager was great! Fast to respond and accommodate :) Thank you so much, my family enjoyed!

We recently had the pleasure of staying at a this 1 bedroom beachfront property in San Juan for my fiancés birthday and it was an absolute delight. From the moment we stepped foot into the unit, we were blown away by how clean and nicely decorated it was. The modern interior design and tasteful decor created a soothing atmosphere that made us feel right at home. The kitchen was equipped with top-of-the-line appliances, making it a breeze to prepare meals. The living room had a large flat-screen TV with access to various streaming services, perfect for cozying up after a long day exploring the island . The unit is fantastic and the building is also very quiet. We appreciated the peace and tranquility which allowed us to relax and unwind without any disturbances. The location of this property couldn't have been better. We enjoyed breathtaking views of the ocean all day long. It is located in the middle of everything, no car required, walk to everything, we mean EVERY THING. I can confidently say that I will be returning to this beachfront property in San Juan. The cleanliness, beautiful decor, modern amenities, and convenient location all contributed to a fantastic stay. I highly recommend this property and its hosts to anyone looking for a memorable vacation in San Juan.
