Great stay near the beach

The place was just an advertised. It came with great amenities and was very comfortable, clean, and near the beach. The apt is in a very secure building with secure parking as well and is close to restaurants, bars etc but sits in a very quiet residential neighborhood. Def a great place to vacation with family and friends or to use on business/group trips.

Had a wonderful stay in this location. The location was close to everything. The apartment was nice and clean. The rooms were very spacious. The kitchen was well equipped. The host was easy to reach and accommodating. I can't wait to rebook next year.

Overall a great stay. Large apartment. Well stocked kitchen. Beach towels, games, chairs etc. provided. One bedroom had bunk beds and a double. (for kids or flexible adults or both) Located close to beaches, restaurants, Condado, OSJ, great location and views. Power outage last night but flashlights were available. Will recommend. Lots of Room and Great Location

Nice property in a great location. Short walk to the beach and many restaurants. Easy drive to Old San Juan, El Yunque Rainforest. Plenty of amenities for the kitchen, beach and bath. Nice having some goodies upon arrival - bread, eggs, milk, juice, rum etc. Overall, a wonderful stay for the five of us!

We enjoyed our stay. The kitchen was well stocked, plenty of towels, clean, felt safe, and would stay again. We appreciated the welcome basket and food in the refrigerator to make breakfast the first morning after a late night arrival.

Great place close to the beach

We loved this condo for our family. Well stocked kitchen with everything we needed and food for our arrival. Loved walking to the beach and all the beach equipment! Good communication with management company. Would add to instructions the parking space #. We arrived late and security guard helped us find lockbox etc.

It’s an apartment building in a residential neighborhood two blocks from the beach and close to a grocery store. There is a nice pool area with a gazebo. Uber is the best way to get around. I would use this unit again.

Great location in San Juan

We are two couples who rented this apartment for a 10 day stay in Puerto Rico. The apartment looked exactly as advertised in the website. The bedrooms were ample size and had comfortable beds. The bathrooms also were good size and functioned adequately. The kitchen was spacious and well stocked with cooking utensils, pots, pans. The AC worked very well. The beach is a three minute walk. Although narrow, there is lots of shade at the eastern end. It was a great place from which to watch all the wind surfers, wind foilers, and wing foilers. Great fun. There are many restaurants to choose from both to the east and to the west. We’re from NYC, so they were short walks, 10 - 25 minutes. While the apartment is very basic in appearance, as shown in the pictures, it was a great place to enjoy the San Juan environs. We would stay here again. Great for good friends and mid-size families.

Everything was just as described in the post. We literally had the beach in our window! Not sure if the post mentioned a pool, but there is a pool on the property as well. Safety is no issue, the complex is completely gated, and they also have security. We only had two complaints! #1 would be the massive hill you have to use coming in, and out of the complex. Although I am aware it is not an issue the renters can fix I would like to mention it. #2 would be finding the lockbox to enter/exit the apartment. The instructions were not too clear with that, but overall we enjoyed ourselves.

Not as expected

Arrived to a building that looked run down and beach was not as close as had been expected. Everything about the building looked worn out. There were shopping carts sitting in the lobby. Unit itself was in good shape. This was the final few days of our stay in PR and we decided not to stay at the property once we saw it and immediately booked a hotel on the beach for the duration of our stay.

Short family vacation

This was a nice place to stay at and a convenient location. We were a total of 8 people and had a comfortable stay. We really enjoyed the amenities such as the full kitchen, pool, towels and parking. Would recommend and stay again.

Nice views of the beach and city! Staff at HomeAway and Marco Polo properties were VERY accommodating and hospitable. It was walking distance to the beach and a short Uber ride to old San Juan (est. $6 one way). They went above and beyond and had welcome “starter” food and drinks for us in the fridge. He extra touches were very much appreciated. The booking and payment arrangements were SEAMLESS. They were even able to accommodate us with a late check out so we could enjoy the beach longer as we waited for our flight. Book this place!!! You won’t be disappointed 😊

Great location!

Our family spent Thanksgiving in here and it was terrific. The location is safe, close to the airport, a short drive to Old San Juan and walking distance to a small lovely beach. The apt was comfortable, plenty of hot water and the host left some basic supplies that were just perfect! I highly recommend this apt.
