The property location was excellent and the joining apartments were accommodating for a family of 7. The beds were super comfy and it had everything we needed even beach chairs and towels. Mayda was very accommodating and since we had an extended stay they changed our linens and towels half way through. Guests should be aware that 3 of the 4 bedrooms are against the street side so you will get a lot of street noise which may keep you awake if you’re a light sleeper. The restaurant Tijuana is right below and they drag their chairs and tables in and out every morning and night and the noise travels up through the concrete so there’s also that. Other than the noise issues it’s a great place close to the beach and only a 10 mins uber drive to San Juan.

Great location

Good place to stay with plenty of room for up to 8 people. Short walk to the beach and many bars and restaurants nearby. Great communication from host and very helpful.

Broken AC, little to no electricity

Quality of listing over represented. Shower was broken and very much slapped together with poor construction. Keypad to one unit didn’t work nor did key. Outlets worked on and off and on last night of stay half the power was out and AC units did not work. Host was largely unresponsive

Pleasant apartment in a great location

The apartment is close to the beach, and right by a great coffee shop with gourmet groceries. The beds are comfortable, the a/c works great, the shades work well, and the apartment has everything you need. The only downsides are that it is right above a bar with very loud live music and the showers don't work very well (in comparison to other apartments in the area, they have low water pressure).

Clean and convient location

This property was at a great location. Close to everything: food, bars, beach! The inside of the house was very clean and comfortable. We didn't know how to use the stove but after a quick youtube video we figured it out. I did have a question regarding our check out. I send a message to the house managers through vrbo and immediately she called me and answered my question.

Perfect location!

The apartment listing did not show the exterior, but it was located above a couple restaurants, within walking distance to just about anything in Condado. It was a bit noisy at night for the bedrooms situation on the street side, but not really a deterrent. We didn't realize we were actually using two separate apartments that we connected, with two separate entrance doors, which was convenient. We really didn't spend much time in the apartment, but the beds were comfortable. The water pressure and temperature in both bathrooms were a bit challenging, but we dealt with it. The apartment overall was well appointed. I would recommend this host for the responsiveness and the location.

Great Family Vacation

This unit was a combination of two units with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The location was perfect. We walked between the restaurants, beach and casinos. The units were very clean and even included beach chairs, beach towels, and a small cooler. We highly recommend this rental and will return in the future.

Great!

Our stay here was great. The place was very clean and decorated very nice. There were 6 adults and 2 teenagers that stayed at this property. Keep in mind that this is two connected units which means theres not a big living room for 8 people to hangout and play games, instead there is two separate living areas. For us that was not a huge issue at all. One of the bathrooms shower barley had any water coming out of it and the other bathroom shower was absolutely freezing which made showering quit difficult, on top of that I do wish there were more bath towels. Other than that the unit is very nice and it is close to restaurants and the beach which was very nice!
