It’s a very old hotel. Therefore, you can hear everything going on. The staff was very friendly. Not a place for kids.

Nada Las habitaciones tienen los motores de los aires acondicionados dentro de la habitación, con lo cual es casi imposible dormir. Al apagar el aire se escuchaba el zumbido de aire de otras habitaciones. - me pedí una hamburguesa en el lobby y la verdad era un asco, la comí por el hambre que tenía pero a pesar de eso me costó terminarla

Well first off I needed a handicap accessibility room with walk in shower that I had coordinated with the front desk before coming to hotel. However at check-in they had no more walk in showers with double beds when we specifically called and asked if we can have a room with walk in shower and they stated “of course” not the case at all. Next, the room smelled like humid and that smelled lingered in the room all weekend. The room in itself didn’t seem clean. Last the shower, the water would collect as your showering which thought was gross. Should of paid a bit more and stayed at my usual Hilton since I have never had problems staying there. I probably wouldn’t spend my money to come here again. Oh one more thing the resort fee is ridiculous and observed, $50 a night and for what??? I didn’t get any amenities that thought would include my resort fee. Anyway don’t waste your money. Go somewhere else for sure.

The staff at the hotel were very nice and professional. The rooms were super clean and comfortable. We loved that they provided a free trolley to the beach and Old San Juan.
