One of the best places to stay in San Juan, room was spacious, and clean. The pool resort was exceptional. My only issue was that the room was not outfitted with a microwave, especially needed when travelling with kids.

Central location

Convenient hotel to local area. Able to go to T-Mobile, old San Juan, Condado and miramar easily. Pool was under construction and gym was adequate.

Big family vacation

I booked 2 rooms for my husband, myself, our 5 kids, and sister. The staff was awesome, beyond friendly and accommodating, the pool bartender was top notch attentive. We enjoyed the Bad Bunny photo spot in the lobby. The pool was family friendly and relaxing, love the free cabanas (first come basis) the food was delicious, rooms were spacious and super clean, hotel is well maintained and in a perfect location facing new shopping district and marina. Love the complimentary breakfast buffet and shuttle to shopping district and beach. Already booked another solo stay just me and hubby.

The grounds were very clean and the person at the desk was very helpful getting me into my room earlier than check-in time. The pool area was doing some renovations but they made it not a problem using the pool area. The pool bar was not open but a temporary bar was set up so no problem. Fernando at the bar was great. And the inside bar was made friendly by Carlos. The limited menu is a good selection of sandwiches and appetizers which were excellent. Breakfast was just your usual scrambled eggs, sausage, and rotating french toast,pancakes, or waffles., but still better than some.

It's very difficult for most of us to actually get a good night's sleep in a room that houses a huge and loud (>80dB) AC unit that can't be totally turned off. Other than that, spacious room, clean, nicely furnished.
