Our remodeled apartment, one bedroom and one bathroom, just one block away from the best beaches of San Juan. Charming with everything you need for up to two guest. One king size bed, Air Conditioning system, and WiFi. One of the best relaxing and secure neighbors of the San Juan and Metropolitan Area. Nearby beaches, airport, shopping malls and entertainment venues, very good restaurants nearby, all within walking, Uber or own rental. Walk to the park, beach, restaurants, bar and other nearby venues.

Great place, but some things to consider

Overall, the place was great and I would definitely stay there again. There were a few small things that may bother some, but were not deal breakers. 1) Lack of hot water. The water was tepid at best. I found it refreshing after a hot day in the sun, but if you want a hot shower, this will not provide. 2) AC did not work properly. I spent one night sweating, yet the AC registered 62*. I decided to close the door to the bathroom and it made all the difference. The room was comfortably cool thereafter. 3) There’s no microwave, so plan to order or eat out. 4) A lot of maintenance/construction noise. If you’re an early riser, this won’t be an issue. If you like to sleep in, it may wake you.

Poor experience

We were fully expecting this stay to be beautiful. The property was not a terrible walk to local restaurants and stores. The property staff member by the name of Pedro was very nice and accommodating. However, some events that were not anticipated occur. Although this was out of staff’s control, the water did not work for several days. When we pay for a stay, we purchase all the working ammendities that come with it. We request money back for the inconvenience. Thank you.

First time used of VRBO

The pool was awesome! I felt safe on the property. There was no microwave in the room as advertised, but I was credited for the inconvenience. The property manager responded to emails and text swiftly. The café on the premise served good food but being closed on Monday and Tuesday was inconvenient. The address of the property was not displayed properly which confused the taxi services I used.
