The check-in experience was disorganized and understaffed, and the staff member who assisted me was both rude and dismissive, which immediately cast a shadow over my stay. There was no bell service available to assist with luggage, and no effort was made to orient guests to the hotel’s amenities. While the front desk service was a significant disappointment, the beach, pool, buffet, and restaurant teams were the only redeeming aspects of my stay, offering consistently attentive and friendly service.

Just returned from 5 days at Royal Sonesta and I have nothing but good things to say. It’s a very clean & beautiful property. Staff was very friendly & helpful. I really loved the pool area. I would definitely return.

We had a great stay! Comfortable, clean room. Daily service was excellent. Beach towels & water refill by the pool. Super convenient, great staff. Perfect location - walking distance to 24 hr grocery store. I accidentally left something in the room safe. Security located it promptly and mailed it back to me right away. I'd go back in a heartbeat!
