Unfortunately this property was not so clean. We found animal feces in our room. It might have been from a small pet because they are pet friendly. There was also feces that looked like a rodent’s. They moved us to a new room in which we didn’t find anything else, but it put a damper on our visit.

Very comfy and so beautiful to stay at the only down side would be the parking it’s very limited and you might have to park down the hill next to the entrance of hotel other that it was enjoyable

Location was great, but the beautiful pictures posted are all in the front office area; rooms do not look like the pictures. Best experience was the staff in the game room serving breakfast. Rooms could use better blankets, it was a cold night.

Overall the property is greatnfor families. Bed mattress needs to be updated and the breakfast needs healthier food choices for adults. The policy of charging you 25.oo to check in warly(20 min early for is) seemed lame, so we just waljed abojt and came back at 3.

Everything was nice except that the refrigerator in the room was making noise all night, very loud noise, like a vibrating, rattling sound and it kept me up for hours and hours of the night. Other than that it’s one of my favorite spots to stay when I go to the Pismo area. Thank you.
