Nice place

Nice place, very clean, offered extra towels and beach towels which was nice. Parking was an issue. There is street parking but it filled up quickly especially on the weekends. Location was great though and response from the hosts was quick when we contacted them. Pismo is a lovely place to stay!

Great location, very clean and spacious. Kitchen serves 4 people. Walkable to everything. Note that washer and dryer are community in the garage and unit doesn’t include parking which wasn’t clear in the description. I would stay here again.

The Beach House

We loved this little beach house! It had everything we needed to stay in and cook, walk just a few steps to the beach and enjoy the closeness of Pismo ! I'd highly recommend this stay! It was very clean , and comfortable!

Perfect Location, Lovely Apartment

This little apartment is in the absolute perfect location and is so roomy. We enjoyed lots of long walks on the beach during the day and listening to the waves from the apartment night. I loved self-check in and not having to remember a key each time we left. Parking wasnt bad at all for us because we walked everywhere once we checked in. The only con is so minor and probably very personal but I will share that whatever cleaning solution they used left a very strong scent on the first day of check-in that was a bit bothersome, but we opened all the windows and it mostly cleared by the next day. If you're sensitive to smells, you may want to plan to spend a few hours out right after you first check in.

Location wise this was a perfect place. Steps away from the beach. Two blocks from the pier, restaurants, and shops. The main bed was comfortable. Kitchen had supplies like toaster and other small appliances. There is a shared grill outside, which we didn't use. They had beach chairs and beach towels, which was nice. It would have been nice to have shampoo for the shower and maybe a few beach toys for kids. I'm not sure if all of the units are owned by the same company, but maybe having a shared storage box with some beach toys (with a sign above that says please rinse toys before returning). We had lots of fun and enjoyed our stay!

Great for kids

If you want to be right on Pismo Beach you don’t get much closer than this. This place is great for kids and going to the beach. If the little ones need a restroom break while at the beach, just make the 2 minute walk back to your room. Having a garage to park in is really nice!

Love the proximity to the beach

This rental is right next to the beach and super handy to drag chairs & kids toys over to. The house itself met our needs and was exactly how it was listed. The house is a short walk to the main drag in Pismo. I would definitely recommend staying here. We will for sure again too.

Best Vacation Spot!

The condo was at the perfect spot for us. It is on the beach between the pier and the surf lessons on Addie Street. Great information by Jenny & Kim kept everything simple and helped us with the activities we were interested in enjoying. The rooms are beautiful and clean. We enjoyed the privacy of our room and the company of some of the other guests. We definately want to come again.
