I’ll be back

I would highly recommend this hotel for everyone. I was in a solo trip for an even at Cal Poly, and this location was perfect. I was also about to walk to downtown to eat, shop and get supplies. Even though it was next to the freeway, the rooms were quiet, spacious, clean and the breakfast was the best I’ve had in a long time. Pool and hot tub were also a nice feature. I’ll be back.

Uncomfortable Mattress

The mattress was awful. I woke up with a backache. It was very uncomfortable. One of the worst things that could happen to you is not getting a good nights sleep.

Time to renovate or charge much less!!!!

I didn’t realize that BW meant Best Wstern when I booked this hotel but if it were not for moving in our daughter st Cal Poly I would really be mad about just how much they charged for this awful and depressing room!!! Taking advantage of people because so many families are staying for WOW week start up for move in is outrageous for this dump!
