Place was clean. We loved hearing the sound of the waves. Just all around a beautiful spot. We will surely be back. Maybe next summer.

Exceeded our expectations. Unit had everything we needed and more. Easy to keep clean as there was a shower outside the door for sand removal and the beautiful laminate flooring was easy to sweep up. Quick and amazing communication with manager, Jose, who immediately answered our questions.

Superb location, comfortable space

We love this apartment and will certainly be back. It is an efficiently designed space and so easy to come back to from the beach for lunch, snacks, drinks, naps whatever! We were cozy but comfortable as a family of 6.

Wonderful location!

My husband and I, and our two kids stayed here. My mom and dad stayed next door and we opened the patio up. It felt so special! The units were the cleanest I’ve ever seen at an vrbo. They text our room was ready early, even though we couldn’t get there before 5:00, I really appreciate that in a host. Property management was great and easy to communicate with. The views and location being right above the market made it even more enjoyable. The only slight negative is the master bed was not comfortable.we usually only stay at places with a king master but we settled to not pass the location up. The bed was loud and the plastic covering on the mattress made it hard to sleep. My parents next door said the same thing, that was their only negative. We both were disappointed with the price point of the place, to not have a plush bed, BUT I was ok sacrificing that for everything else being so amazing. I definitely will stay here again, I’ll just bring my mattress topper. There is a closet by the front door (outside) we missed, but it was full of beach items we wish we found it sooner. They thought of everything. I miss having my coffee on the balcony and can’t wait to go back.

Great location

This is a great place to stay! The property was clean, well stocked and maintained. View was unbelievable. Just beware that there are 34 steps from the parking garage to the flat. We had my 83 year old friend along and she made the stairs but had we known there were that many steps we would have probably chosen somewhere different for her. I would definitely stay again.

We’ve stayed here many times now. It’s hands-down our favorite in Avila for location and convenience. The only down-side is noise level, which is just inherent to the building. Hope to he back soon!

We always absolutely love visiting Avila, and the property was the icing on the cake. The condo was gorgeous and clean. We loved being able to look at over the ocean. The property management company stayed in communication with us and we're amazing. We will definitely stay here again.

Relaxing Get-away!

As a CPA, my wife and I were decompressing from a busy tax season and this unit proved to be a perfect accommodation for our weekend time away. We set out on the patio which overlooked the beach and just people-watched, read and relaxed. The unit was well appointed and clean. We had a great time and will visit this property again.

Family summer Vacation

The beach front condo was a perfect place to have the view of the beach! It was quiet in the early morning and evening, with great beach access. We enjoyed all the amenties and the views from the outdoor patio. It was clean and had a well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds and couches. The parking spot provided was a little tight for our SUV and there are 2 levels of stairs to climb to get from parking to the door-this was alot of up and down with kids and beach gear. Overall, our stay was a good experience at the condo- many family memories made. The property management team did not accommodate early check in as requested (with 3 kiddos and a car load of gear- this would have been helpful ) they told me the cleanjng crew was still there when we arrived at approx. 320pm. I was told they would send me the gate code at 4pm, which they didnt. I had to call again, to have this sent to me. When we got inside, all windows were were locked up, and it was extremely hot and stuffy, which made me wonder if it had been finished earlier. We have rented before through this company and they have always been attentive and accommodating ...not sure what happened this time.

Avila Escape

I've been coming to Avila Beach for most of my life and have stayed at many of the local hotels over the years. This particular VRBO, right on Front Street and above the market was our favorite stay to date. The space felt like we had lived here for a long time. It just felt like home to us and you can't beat the views, people, and marine life watching (and the perfect place to sip some wine) on the seaside deck. Literally, everything was perfect for us. Zero complaints. Can't wait to go back!

Great location!

Nice to be able to hang out on the patio but not have to be in the fray of all the people on the street! Jose, the host, was wonderful and communicated through text when our phones wouldn’t work. It was a wonderful weekend!
