It was clean, the only problem for me was I asked for my trash to be taken out due to the fact that the bin is small we had 2 connecting room for a family of 5. I came back late night and found that trash wasn't touched. But overall it was okay.

Our room was dirty. We had hardwood floors and our feet were black less than an hour being in our room. We asked for our room to be cleaned bc of the floor and they only came and cleaned the floor. Didn’t clean anything else or change bedding/make the bed. Ice maker machine on 1 and 2 floor don’t work.

To be fair the property is under construction.. but.. that should be listed on expedia. The bed was comfortable and the bedding was good.. but the rooms were like 3rd world conditions .. it was really bad.

Site is being renovated but we did not know that before booking so, at check in we were told construction is 7 days a week and starts at 7am so there be noise. The prices should be reduced during renovation. In addition, the curtains and towels were in poor condition. Curtains had holes in the blackout side so they were useless in keeping out light. The towels were thin and should be replaced.

We reserved two rooms over the weekend. There wasn't indication on the Expedia website that the hotel is undergoing a major renovation. The entire hotel seating area is closed off. There's one elevator. The gym is non-functional. Additionally, one of the rooms air conditioning/heating unit doesn'[t work. When inquiring about it being fixed, we were told they could send someone up but doubted it could be fixed. The resolution was a fan. When asked for water, we were told it would be $2 a bottle. Overall the experience of this hotel stay was unsatisfactory and we will not be staying here in the future. Extremely disappointed as we have previously stayed in this hotel several times.
