Room reeked of cigarette smoke and harsh, industrial cleaner that made me wheeze. Was incredibly loud right next to major thoroughfare. Could hear every step of neighbors above, and guest snoring on other side of wall. Air conditioner smelled musty, blew straight in my face in bed, and rattled too loudly to sleep with. This will not be my last visit to SLO, but will be my last stay at the Sunbeam.

Simple motel, but delivered everything I expected for the price range. The room was good and clean. We had a little problem with the shower drain and Vanessa immediately offered a solution!
