This is a very nice hotel, the rooms are large and comfortable The bathroom vanity is large and bright, the shower is clean and puts out an amazing stream of warm water. Ghe kingsize bed id clean and comfortable. Thank you for a relaxing stay.

The property is in need of being updated. The pillows were uncomfortable. We had two rooms and one had a terrible smell. They used an air freshener, but the smell didn't go away.

The manager Arco was fantastic. Answered questions and went out of his way to be helpful. It is a good location. The room was very clean. Would reccomend this facility to anyone traveling to SLO.

Nice. Wish you offered Non-Pet rooms for people allergic to animals. We need rooms free from pet fur, dander, etc. difficult to see and to clean, yet a guest can become sick and need hospital treatment from a room that previously had a pet. Please consider keeping a few of your rooms strictly pet-free.
