Ocean and pier view from window, attractively furnished and redecorated, well-equipped with amenities for an enjoyable stay.

We loved staying here and they were so helpful with any questions or concerns we had. The upstairs is pretty loud and you can hear people walking around. But other than that it was perfect.

Great place if you don't mind noise.

We stayed from a Monday-Friday and were the only ones in the building. We had a lovely time. On Thursday a family arrived next door and we could hear actual conversations through the wall/door. The child was loud, just being a child but it made it impossible to read or nap or just think. Someone then rented the upstairs unit and the footsteps above were very loud - maybe carpet or taking off shoes would have helped. Thank goodness we were leaving the next day. We won't return because that was a LOT of money and we would not have been able to enjoy our stay if there were other people there!

Amazing location, attention to detail not the best

The location of the property was spot on!! Beautiful view and right by the beach and restaurants and shops. It was quite hot and only one of the two small fans worked. The bed was full size, not queen. And the air mattress did not stay full with air all night. Overall great location but would not stay here again.

A great place to stay by the beach

The property was clean, very close to the beach and restaurants. The neighborhood was quiet. The internet was fast. We had a great time. The only small problem was that the air mattress was leaking air a bit - almost needs to be re-pumped in the middle of the night, but not too bad. We would Recommend this place!

Great place

We loved this property. Convenient to the beach with parking included (parking is a major challenge in Avila Beach) and lots of great places within walking distance in town. Also convenient for road trips to SLO, Morro Beach, Cayucos and wineries. The 4 of us worked well in this property, the super comfortable blowup mattress was a hit for my kids too! We would happy stay here again.

Noise in unit above was horrible. Sugar ants everywhere. Pest control person came and sprayed.

Owners really need to invest in sound proofing the floor above. Manager said unit sat empty and not cleaned ahead of our stay; hence the sugar ants. Had to clean the dishes and silverware drawer as they were terribly dirty. Door handles on exterior doors newly installed are too small; can see through the door in back and would easily be broken into. Towel bar in bathroom comes off when taking towel off. Beautiful view and great location. Needs sound proofing and a really good cleaning.

This unit is very nice. It is clean, spacious and comfortable. It is well equipped. The bathroom and kitchen are excellent. Parking is easy and onsite. The check-in process was very easy handled completely on line. The location is wonderful. Only one block from the beach and restaurants. I only have one suggestion. The bedroom window should have a covering as when the outside porch light is on next door it lights up the bedroom.

Perfect for days spent on the beach

This little apartment is a perfect place to stay for your beach getaway. With windows overlooking the water and pier, a small kitchen (note: no oven!) and so close to everything in 'town', you can't beat it for the price. I started each day with a cup of coffee on the couch with the windows open listening to the waves and birds. It was heaven! I was also really appreciative of the thorough cleaning they do between guests to slow the spread of Covid-19. When we arrived I just ran the dishwasher with all the plates, cups and utensils I thought we'd use. There were some that didn't look totally clean, but that was an easy fix. I'd also recommend bringing some hand soap and kleenex, as there wasn't any/enough in the unit. My one caution would be that if you're sensitive to noise, the people walking in the unit above might disturb you. All in all, I can't wait to return and stay here again.

Great Stay at Avila Beach

The unit is very comfortable, very tasteful decor, and had a wonderful window looking at the ocean and pier as well as several other windows allowing for plenty of light and fresh air. The unit was very clean, except for the coffee maker, which we did not use. It looked like it had not been cleaned in a while. Otherwise the unit was perfectly clean and organized!!!! We had a bit of trouble getting the code to get in from the property management.......but they were helpful and in short order got us in the door. Our overall stay was delightful and we thoroughly enjoyed the unit and its location to the beach and town!!!!

Excellent Location, Comfortable Stay

We spent nearly a week in this apartment. We appreciated the sleek dĂ©cor & great location. There is a fine view of the pier & beach & it was calm & quiet throughout our stay. We had no problem with the two-burner stove, which was a standard gas model, not induction as an earlier guest stated. Those planning a stay should note that this apartment is managed by a rental agency, so the dynamic is different from dealing with an individual owner. If previous renters haven’t left extra hand soap & shampoo, the agency-provided amounts may be insufficient for those spending more than a couple days (we asked and were told we’d received what was allotted). We found a couple lights burned out upon arrival & no replacement bulbs on-site. One of the bulbs was replaced shortly after we reported the issue; we were told the other bulb was unavailable. There are also a few oddities that give the apartment an unexpectedly institutional feel. Inside the unit, there are rather large illuminated exit signs over the front & back doors that open to the exterior. There are also multiple signs on & near the bathroom door, including ones indicating the bathroom is for unisex use. But overall we found the apartment comfortable & a pleasant place for our stay.
