Gorgeous, 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom Avila Beach Condo. Highlights include: rooftop deck, gourmet eat-in kitchen, plenty of seating in the living area, fireplace, and garage parking for 1 vehicle. 245 San Miguel Sleeps up to 4 guests with a queen bed in each of the two bedrooms. Each bedroom offers generous closet space, ceiling fans, flat screen streaming-ready Smart TVs, and floor to ceiling windows for plenty of natural light. The primary bedroom also has a door that leads out onto the second floor deck, and the en-suite bath is a combination tub and shower. The full bath in the hall has a beautiful walk-in shower. The main living area is open and airy, a sliding glass door leads from the kitchen out to the second floor deck where the gas BBQ is located. The living room has a smart TV for streaming. Going up the spiral staircase from the BBQ area you'll find the expansive rooftop deck with plenty of furniture to make you, your family, and your friends comfortable. It's the perfect space for everything from morning coffee, to afternoon BBQ, to wine or cocktails under the stars. Additional amenities include full size washer and dryer.

great location and adorable town! very easy company to work with. a couple of the overhead fans were not working and needed adjustment so they didn't squeak (2nd bedroom and living room). both beds were very comfortable. the parking spot under the carport is first come, first serve, but that only seemed to matter on the Saturday and Sunday. will rent again!

Great location

The location was wonderful. Couple blocks to the beach and plenty of restaurants and shops. Easy drive to San Luis Obispo.This rental had everything we needed. The deck on the roof was a great spot to hang out and enjoy the fresh air. It could use a hose down up there though. The furniture was covered in spiders and webs. We spent some time with the broom cleaning before sitting around. We would definitely stay here again! Thanks for sharing your spot with us!

No AC, no oven, no hot water, no good

I was supposed to stay at this property from 5/15 to 5/24. The day after I moved in the AC went out. My cellular phone didn't work at the property, which supposedly happens occasionally, so I had a lot of difficulty reaching Coastal Vacation Rental Properties. Their manager came out to look at the AC, and basically made it worse, leaving flashing lights on all of the fans (which was interesting at night). They sent an HVAC technician out to look at the AC - again my cell phone didn't work there so this was difficult to coordinate - four separate times. I actually called Coastal Vacation Rentals to cancel the last appointment, successfully did so, but when I left the property to walk my dog the AC tech was sitting outside of the property in his car. I told him I cancelled, he said it would take "two minutes to fix", but after twenty minutes of no results I asked him kindly to leave. When I left the property I was concerned because he was still sitting outside in his car. I therefore LOCKED THE INSIDE FRONT DOOR AND WENT OUT THROUGH THE GARAGE USING THE CLICKER, LEAVING THE GARAGE DOOR OPEN. When I came back one hour later, the FRONT DOOR WAS UNLOCKED AND THE GARAGE DOOR WAS LOCKED. I was scared and had no way to contact anyone. My emails were not returned. I packed my stuff and left the next morning. Interestingly, the hot water was turned off and I had to take a freezing cold shower the morning I left. This property is ok but the experience was terrible.

Avila Beach House

We had a wonderful stay. Beautiful home. Walking distance to the beach, shops, restaurants, and our concert at Mulligan's. Only disappointment was the upstairs deck. The deck was covered with spiders and we could not get the lighting to come on. A little Raid spray solved the problem though. Otherwise fun time!

Weekend getaway

This unit is wonderful!! High end appliances and upgraded towels and bed linens. Our only problem was the parking situation. We have a suburban and there was no way it would fit into the garage. The carport closest to our unit was too small also. Luckily we found street parking the first night and one of the manageable carports was available the second night.

This place was perfect for a girls’ getaway! Walking distance to the beach, wineries, and to live music at Mulligan’s on the golf course. The place was modern, comfortable, and nicely decorated. The rooftop deck was a bonus! I hope to stay here again in the future!

Great family vacation

A nice stay in Avila with family, easy walk to beach. The inside was freshly clean and kitchen had many cooking items. The third level outside was a great place to gather and enjoy the sunshine outside. We look forward to coming back again.

Fall 2021 At Avila Beach

We were familiar with Avila Beach as we had stayed in other condos previously. The condo was as advertised, we had a few startup issues that were corrected right away by the management company and/or the owner. There is one thing I would suggest be added and that is dressers in the bedrooms. We had no place to put out non hanging clothes. We stayed for 31 days and enjoyed all the amenities the condo had to offer. We would definitely consider renting this condo again.

Great place, great location

We had a great time! The location is perfect, and the home is really nice. Everything you need is there. We did have an ant problem when we arrived but they took care of it the following morning and it was cleared up for rest of stay - thank you! Would stay there again!
