The apartment house without elevator is located 450m from the beach. It has 8 flats in total: 4 on the 1st floor and 4 on the 2nd floor. It comes with a covered parking places and a store-room.

The two-room flat is ideal for 2/4 guests. It is situated on the second floor. It consists of a living room with a renewed kitchen, a ceiling fan and a double sofa bed, a bathroom with a window and a shower (shower curtain), a renewed double room with a ceiling fan, washing machine and a large corner balcony.

This cozy apartment offers an ideal space to enjoy your vacation, whether with a group of friends or family.
