The three-room flat with air conditioning is for 4/6 guests. It is located on the ground floor with a fenced garden and a barbeque. It consists of a living room with a double sofabed, a television (only italian channels available), a cooking corner (with gas stove, microwave oven, refrigerator and italian coffee maker), 1 bathroom (shower with curtain, washbasin, toilet, bidet), a bedroom with double bed, 2nd bedroom with 2 single beds, uncovered parking place.
