Compound of two-family row houses in Bibione Pineda at 250 metres from the beach and in the close proximity of its centre. Each villa develops over ground and 1st floor with separate entrance. Parking place for 2 cars available.

The four-room flat is for 7/8 guests. It develops over ground floor and 1st floor with separate entrance (with outdoor stair). It consists on the ground floor of living room with kitchen and single sofabed, 1 bathroom with shower, double room and a second bedroom with 2 single beds, large fenced garden; on the 1st floor we have one double room with a/c, and separate bathroom with showerbox.

Among some of the many comforts available we have: parking spot, close to the residential complex, air conditioning on the first floor and Tv.
